Responsible for Graymatter's digital growth and direction. Managing the digital side of the business focusing on strategy, business functions, implementation and innovation for serious clients. Experienced digital strategist focussed on business return through innovative and best-in-class delivery. Responsible for the Graymatter 4E strategy framework. Able to display a comprehensive understanding of digital and mobile marketing, the wider marketing discipline and issues in technical and strategic development/implementation. Strong background in solution design, IA and UX including requirements gathering, remote and lab based testing, card sorting, persona creation, prototyping and wire-framing. Digital strategic lead for UK and European clients which include World Vision UK, Vauxhall Fleet, Hotpoint, Accor Hotels and Steria Group with a focus on user experience, journey analysis, user behaviour, continuous improvement, best practice and digital engagement across multiple touch-points utilising web, social, search and mobile.
