Hello there, I wanted to thank you all in advance, you have been very helpful with your insights so far. One of our clients is starting a new domain for a specific product he has. The client is providing his products in canada/usa. (For exemple, let's stay "nike.com"(company) just launched "jordan.com"(line of product) and wanted to rank "jordan.com" higher. I was thinking about starting with citations for the new domain/product. The thing is, since its a product, it feels wierd to do citations as usual and start a GMB account. In your opinion, what is the best way to start SEO with a product specific domain? Is citation or GMB still a good idea?

Hi there, I just made a crawl of the website of one of my clients with the crawl tool from moz. I have 2900 403 errors and there is only 140 pages on the website. Hi there, In October, one of our customer's programmer made a change on their website to optimize its loading speed. Since then, the all the SEO's metrics has dropped. Apparently, the change was to move to CloudFlare and to add Gzip compression. I was talking with the programmer and he told me he had no idea why that happened. Now comes 5 months later and the SEO metrics havn't come back yet. What seems so wierd is that two keywords in particular had the most massive drop. Those two keywords were the top keywords (more than 1k of impressions a month) and now its like there is no impressions or clics at all. Did anyone had the same event occur to them? Do you have any idea what could help this case?

Hi there, I recently realised that the citations and directories i was building used the same content than the one on my website. I know this is not best practice. I will for sure make sure it doesn't happen in the future, but I am affraid of the ones i built in the past. How much do you think this would affect my rankings, and do you think this is a priority to go through my citations and directories to modify it?

Hi there, Thanks for all the support you have been giving to me in the past few posts. I wanted to know how exact should be the citations compared to my address. Here is the scenario. A business has a website, google my business and citations. The address on there website is cited as this: 1, One street West, Local 202, Toronto, Ontario 555 555-5555 The address on google my business is cited as this: 1 One Street W #202, Toronto, ON (555) 555-5555 The address on the citations is a mix of both. So here is my questions, since it is the same address how important it is to keep the exact same format everywhere? Would you make the change on the website and citations as a priority? Bonus questions: is it possible to put West instead of W in google maps? And does the format of the phone number also counts

Hi there, We work with a client that has 4 offices with different addresses in 3 different cities. Each of them has a different google my business location. I was wondering what would be the best way to build the citations for them, especially if the website has a ''dofollow'' link. Would it be better to build one citation for each locations? That would mean 4 citations from each website. If so, wouldn't google find it suspicious that a backlink comes 4 times from the same domain? OR, would the best be to build only one citation from one selected offices? Other? Thank you in advance for your response,

Here is my situation. 
I am currently doing backlinks and citations for one of our clients. The title name of the client on "Google my Business" is 75 characters. However, for most citation or back link websites, the limit for the title is 50 characters. Here are my questions: How important is it to have the exact same title in citations and backlinks? If it is, is the only solution to change the name on google to have only 50 characters? Thanks in advance for your help!
