I ran a report through SEM rush and it came back with 174 toxic links ( score 100-60). I have been reading mixed reviews about what to do. Most of the websites are not relevant and appear to be linking to the images. Should I disavow these links? Would it help SEO? Or should I leave it be?

Thanks very much. We decided not to move forward with this. Your advice was helpful.

Purchasing an established domain name - Whats the right move?
Hey Moz community,
To fill you in, we have a situation where we are able to purchase a domain name that has some longevity behind it, has some great inbound links coming to it, and until recently was ranking incredibly well for all of the relevant keywords nationwide. The issue is, the seller took their website down about a month ago and now, since the domain has been sitting there going to no mans lands for that period of time, it has fallen off the map for all of those important keyword rankings.
I'm looking for guidance on the following:
1. If we still move forward with purchasing the domain name, do you believe we could recover those rankings quickly? Or are we better off building from scratch with a new domain.
2. Because of the back links alone, I still feel there is some value in this domain name. The issue is, if we buy it, what do we do with it when we have it? Make that our primary domain name going forward? direct the domain name to a landing page/site that ultimately leads website visitors down a path to get to our website? Something else?
Any insight / thoughts / suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
DH.

Yahoo and Bing Rankings
Hello.
I have noticed that Yahoo and Bing rankings for all of my clients have significantly tanked as of the beginning of March. Has there been a recent algorithm update for these two search engines and what are some major things I can look for to fix?
Thank you,

Wondering best ways to optimize for google maps/local listing
I'm wondering if there is any strategy to optimize a client to show up in the local listings. I assume a lot of this is tied to Google + / Google Places for Business. Is it possible to have a company show up in the local listings over a certain geographic area even if they are not technically addressed in that area? Any help is much appreciated.
Thanks,
Dan H.

RE: Techniques for diagnosing duplicate content
I tend to use this Plagiarism Checker - http://smallseotools.com/plagiarism-checker/
It just goes fragment by fragment and does a search through Google. I'd advise trying that because it hasn't steered me wrong yet.
