He is also the co-founder of OM Careers, a non-profit and world’s first online marketing careers community, and was one of key persons behind OMCAR, world’s first online marketing careers conference & expo. Kapil began his career in IBM, where he held numerous leadership positions in the IBM supply chain organization as well as IBM corporate. Kapil has a Masters in Industrial Engineering from North Carolina State University and Bachelors in Engineering from Delhi Institute of Technology (now NSIT).
