What is the most SEO friendly Shopping Cart?
What is the most SEO friendly shopping cart? I have been using zen-cart for 6 years. Seems Google doesn't like it as much as other carts. I started a new site about 6 months ago using Magento. When I build links to this site the terms move. The terms are very similar. So I would imagine the competition is the same. I am curious if anybody has tried with different carts and found anyone to be better than the others. Also the new site has about one tenth the amount of products but has a lot more pages indexed.

Best practice links
If I am building links from someone with a site that agrees to link to my site and they will give me more than one link should I link to two sites or just two different pages on one of my sites?

RE: Correct Indexing problem
My site should be running http on all pages except the checkout. Would this work the opposite of what you have written and I can make a rule for the checkout to allow https?
Thanks

Correct Indexing problem
I recently redirected an old site to a new site. All the URLs were the same except the domain. When I redirected them I failed to realize the new site had https enable on all pages. I have noticed that Google is now indexing both the http and https version of pages in the results. How can I fix this? I am going to submit a sitemap but don't know if there is more I can do to get this fixed faster.

RE: What Gives????
I don't sell scrubs. I am in the jewelry industry. If you look at the link profile of these two sites you will see that the site that is not performing as well has a lot more links. Scrubsandbeyond.com might have one backlink with the words "cherokee scrubs" I didn't look at the other site. I am wondering how to get on the first page of a competitive term without getting a back link using an exact anchor text. I can send you a list of all the terms the sites rank for.

RE: What Gives????
scrubs and beyond has 2463 terms ranking in the top 50 while the other site only has 725 terms that rank in the top 50. And they rank a lot higher for highly searched terms. They also rank number 6 for the term "cherokee scrubs" with no backlinks with that term.

What Gives????
I am looking at two different sites. Blueskyscrubs.com and ScrubsandBeyond.com. out of the two sites scrubsandbeyond is performing so much better, probably six times better. I am just curious if there is anything that sticks out as to why. Blueskyscrubs has a lot more and seemingly higher quality links. There are nearly 2000 domains linking into them while scrubsandbeyond only has around 500. The links they do have don't seem to be that great either. I don't see a huge difference in their on-page SEO either. So if anybody has any ideas or sees something obvious I am not seeing I would love to hear from you.
