I had a site a while back with the same issue. What I did was take the posts from the smaller site and re-posed them using same post date on the bigger site. Then I added a rel="canonical" for each of the old domain (smaller traffic site) posts to the new bigger site. I let the blog sit for a few months and then redirected the entire domain.

RE: Rich Snippets
From everything I see in your code the rich snippets are being used very effectively. This should only help your results and will not hurt them. If Google makes an announcement and suggests that websites and especially product site use rich snippets then you can expect that they are going to use them more and they will only help your organic results.
The only suggestion I may make is that you may have wanted to use the schema.org format. This is the format that Google recommended publicly.

RE: Whats the point of Geo Tagging?
I'm not sure how much geotagging is being used right now but I'm sure it will be used more in the future.
I run a bunch of websites for a group of car dealerships. Our market is very geographic specific. Because of this I want to make sure that our businesses are found by the people that will shop or use our services the most. By geotagging our websites the hope is that this will help us show up more for searches in our market area.
Some map companies use this data to verify your company and the more data the better. I am also a true believer that this information will be more and more important with continued smart phone usage.
My thoughts are - if you are a regional company/business use geotagging. If you are a national or international business don't.

RE: Paginated Home Page Duplicates on Wordpress Sites
I've had these same issues. A lot of this can be solved with the Yoast WordPress SEO plug-in. Adjust your indexation settings and eliminate a lot of duplicate content.

RE: How can I create product page in Facebook to sell products?
It appears that Facebook Notes takes basic html code. The catch is the images need to be on Facebook. You can add images from the "add a photo" but it makes it hard to place them where you want on the page. If you want to make better design on the note then open the image in a Facebook album you already created and copy the image location or url from the album. Then using standard html code place the image link into the note ().

RE: Sub-domain not crawled
Ryan - nice catch. Time to update the htaccess file. Thanks

Sub-domain not crawled
One of our sites was recently re-designed. The home page is a landing page (www.labadieauto.com) and I moved the blog to this domain (labadieauto.com/blog/) and put a link is the bottom left of the home page. Since the change the SEOMOZ campaign overview is showing only 1 page crawled. This is not setup as a sub-domain so why isn't it showing in the crawl? Help!

RE: Effect of URL change on Website
I have had good results by using the rel="canonical" tag on the satellite pages. If you have access to the satellite pages then copy the content onto the new domain. Place the canonical tag pointing to the page on the new domain. I have also found that this will give the new domain a huge boost in initial rankings.

RE: Blogger & Blogspot Content - Move Across To Own Domain?
As mentioned by Ryan I would move the content to the main site. However I would rel canonical the blogger and blogspot posts to the new location. This way you can boost the domain and still maintain the links that may have been created to the old content.

RE: 404 erros on wordpress blog
Try the Yoast SEO plugin. This will allow you to put nofollow and indexation rules that will help with blocking the crawlers from indexing archives, admin pages, comments, tag pages, search results and more. This will really clean up your errors and make the site more relevant to Google.

RE: CTR for Google Rankings
I did a little testing with the state but I was not concerned with state. I figured that local people already assume the state.
What I did find about the state is that the google stats seem to show that people use the Mich abbreviation instead of MI. My assumption is that these people are out of state and not sure if MI is Michigan, Minnesota, Mississippi or Missouri. So if I was targeting people outside of the state I would want to use Mich as the abbreviation.
I do know that exact matches typically rank higher than close matches. Therefore I am testing the city+product to see if the ranking increase. In theory I should get better rankings, more traffic and more sales.

RE: Google Places - Client showed up before, now does not
This same issue has baffled me many times. The main suggestion that I have is to get some reviews.
You may also want to make sure that the address in places matches exactly the address on the website and any other websites the business is listed on. If possible get the address on their website in hCard format.

RE: CTR for Google Rankings
One way to get a better number is using Google Webmaster Tools. To test how people search for my product + city I created a few separate sites. Then playing with all the major SEO elements of the pages on the sites. The sites contained a product+city name in the domain. I made sure the site wasn't spammy but contained good product information.
After running the test I found a few things:
1. The google estimated traffic was pretty close to the test numbers (impressions in /webmasters)
2. People were searching for stuff I would have never guessed and finding my pages.
3. People were searching for city+product more than product+cityI am now in the process of creating some pages with city+product in the key elements and see if the placements and numbers increase.

Mobile and Google Analytics
As my mobile numbers are going up in Google Analytics I'm trying to figure out what phone runs what browser. I see that 93% of mobile users have Safari which I believe is iPhone, iPad and iPods. There is a 6% usage of "Mozilla Compatible Agent". What cell phone would this be?

RE: How do you get reviews from a local review site to show up in Places?
My experience shows that the reviews have to be in the hreview microformat. Then places may or may not pick it up. If it is not in the correct format places won't even look at it.

RE: Does a scrolling text area carry juice?
I just did a little deeper look into the code of the competitor websites. They are using a css in the code:
This creates a scrolling text box on the homepage. I've included the code on one of my home pages and we'll see if it effects my results at all.

Does a scrolling text area carry juice?
I'm seeing a lot of companies in my industry loading the homepage with text by using a scrolling text area. Do the search engines see this as valid text or is it a cloaking method that carries less weight?

RE: Premium Themes Use or Not?
I have used Genesis themes and Elegant themes with great success on a lot of websites. The use of the theme of for design, ease of use and saving time. SEO is really a function of how much time you have. Naturally filling in the title, description and keywords manually is the best but most time consuming way to enter content no matter what platform you use.
If you want a plug-in that is fairly simple to setup and does a great job I recommend the SEO by Yoast plugin. I have used a lot over the years and this has fairly easy to setup and works great.
A few of my other plugin recommendations can be found on my Genesis theme site http://defoenet.com/2011/01/favorite-wordpress-plug-ins/

RE: Link building? I really dont get it is there an easy way
How much could we all benefit if everyone in this thread traded a link for with each other? That would be powerful and make link building a little easier!
