Interesting situation. Could you provide a URL for us QA guys to look at? That would help me get a better look at what you're dealing with. Thanks.

Hi Colin. Please see the attached image. What you're going to want to do is go into the WordPress admin panel and see Settings > General Settings. Change the Wordpress URL and Home URL to the www. version of your domain and that should do the trick! Hope this helps.
Best, Lucas

My personal opinion here is that user experience is priority #1. Google wants sites to be user friendly before it wants you to optimize it, so that said - I would recommend that you maintain the category navigation in the menu. If you look at various ecommerce websites across the internet, Amazon.com - is one of many, many sites that do the same navigation style as yourself. I think that you're just fine and to continue. It's a great looking website.
Although, looking further, I wonder why your navigation style is like this? http://www.towelsrus.co.uk/bathrobes/catlist_fnct362.htm
Is it just an unchangeable facet of your Ecommerce platform? http://www.towelsrus.co.uk/bathrobes/ or http://www.towelsrus.co.uk/cat362/bathrobes/ or http://www.towelsrus.co.uk/362/bathrobes/ would be a little cleaner. Anyway - my personal opinion. Hope this helps.
Best,
Lucas
PS. Matt has a good blog post for you: http://www.mattcutts.com/blog/how-many-links-per-page/
I second this. I have dealt with clients that have done the same thing. Have one domain (ie companyname.com) and use the footer to display the contact info for each location. Try not to promote any office more than the other and there shouldn't be an issue. In my experience the visitors will not care.
Do really awesome local SEO and set up places pages for each location, etc.
We sure do... What's up with that? I know the web is all about equality but in this particular case, the paying customer should have preferential treatment.
Thank you Gyorgy. The only issue I have with this, and maybe I should have been more clear, but this domain has been indexed by Google, Bing, and Yahoo for 60+ days, and it has been in my SEOmoz PRO account for 60+ days. It is also linked to by numerous websites including those that I know are indexed by OSE because I own them. Do you have any further suggestions? I appreciate your help.
My domain: http://www.seoproim.com/ is not being analyzed by OSE for whatever reason. GWT and YSE can see the inbound links.... Whats up?
That particular page has a pagerank of 2 and I would believe a few links. Good post by the way.
