I completely agree with the above answer, the links with GCLID are generated through Google Adwords and so on they won't be available to Googlebot when crawling the site. Also if it even would happen you could let Google ignore that parameter, but as it's one of Googles own parameters I doubt it would ever get you in trouble.

RE: Partial Match or RegEx in Search Console's URL Parameters Tool?
My guess would be that this line needs an * at the end.

RE: Partial Match or RegEx in Search Console's URL Parameters Tool?
Hi Ria,
What you could do, but it also depends on the rest of your structure is Disallow these urls based on the parameters (what you could do in a worst case scenario is that you would disallow all URLs and then put an exception Allow in there as well to make sure you still have the right URLs being indexed).

RE: Duplicate content through product variants
Hi Nico,
As you said it's far from prefect but I would indeed go with using a canonical on the pages that have duplicate variants. But if you're doing this already then it might be not that much more effort to also link them back on the back-end of your site so you can do more advanced things.

RE: Page Title shown in SERPS not the same as
Has the page already been indexed/cached again since you've made changes on the page? Also could it be that Google is rewriting titles for other search terms as well on these kind of pages?

RE: Referring domain issues
Are you able to check the traffic through organic search on the other 2-3 sites that you're talking about? If traffic there is very high (which I doubt) than you would have to think carefully about this. Otherwise if traffic is very low than I would check if you could redirect that to the most important domain in the inventory.

RE: Referring domain issues
Do the other 31 domains need to be online? Otherwise I would say make sure that you redirect and de-index these domains as soon as possible yourself as they'll definitely can have an impact on the authority of the one that you would like to rank.

RE: Backlink from High DA but low PA
Agree with John, you still want a link from the New York Times with it's crazy Domain Authority but as the page itself probably would have a very low Page Authority it still wouldn't make sense.

RE: Some Old date showing in SERP
You sure the date is not picked by some additional details somewhere on the page itself? Or, are you able to share the URL?
