Before looking into these sites even further, I would say that they're probably not worth it.  Do they work?  That's a whole different story.  Based on the first site alone, "Build My Rank", I would already be questionable about pursuing anything through the site.

Step 2 from their "How It Works" page states, "We publish your article randomly on 1 of our high page rank, aged domains."

I would have so many questions like,  "We publish your article randomly"?  I'm sure you want to know exactly where your content is being published and the stats of the domain it's being published on.  I'd hate to find out content that I wrote is being "randomly" posted on irrelevant domains just because of their PR and age.

I feel that if you're going to utilize a link building service, find one where you get approval of link prospects and targets before submission.  There should be 100% transparency in what you're trying to accomplish, especially fro your own piece of mind and your clients best interests.  Otherwise, build links your own way and honestly.

Paul is right.  If you did it effectively, it should already be optimized for both "buick denver" and "denver buick".  Google can pull those broad keywords together as long as they're frequent enough (no stuffing!) and close enough together.  It's almost essentially the same thing (both keywords).

All good points.  I've had a similar experience dealing with e-commerce sites like this and figuring out where/how to add content.  I think you start with your products.  Make each page as detailed and descriptive as you possibly can.  This means everything from how the product is made, where it's made, it's uses, etc (all original copy if you can write it).  Then add multiple pictures, possibly different angles, maybe even packaging.  Then, one of the biggest things, add customer reviews.  That's user generated content that people WANT to read when looking at an online store.  The goal is to provide the customer with as much information as possible.  Almost as if they are in a store, holding the product, asking a salesperson questions.  Put it all out there for the user to see, and you're off to a great start.  Here's an older, yet still useful, whiteboard friday by Rand from about a year ago on the subject.

The best tool for this, hands down, is the SEOmoz On Page Keyword Optimization Tool (if you've never used it).  I'm not sure what IBP is, but this tool lets you input a keyword and the specific URL/page you're targeting for that keyword and they will give you a grade based on how well it's optimized and what you should do to improve that grade if it didn't get a good one.  I use it CONSTANTLY.

As of yesterday's OSE update alot of sites that I'm tracking saw their PA & DA drop significantly.  This was for multiple sites, whereas last month's index saw those stats increase significantly.  Has anybody else seen this happen to them and perhaps drawn any conclusions?

Do Facebook Open Graph tags get spidered by Google?  I have a site I'm looking at and they've implemented these tags on the entire site, but with the same title and description on every page.  I'm assuming if you use these tags, give each page their own unique tags.  But do these have an effect on rankings at all?  Does googlebot see them and take them into account?

Initially I can see that you have two of the same keyword listed.  "O-Ring" and "o-ring" are the same keyword since Google's Keyword tool doesn't differentiate between Capitalized and lower-case.  If you optimized four different pages for these keywords, it's likely that you didn't achieve the rankings you desired for the keyword I mentioned because you cannibalized it with two pages.  If two pages are heavily optimized for the same keyword, Google can't distinguish which one should rank for the term, so it tends to get held back in rankings.

As for the hyphens, I would only optimize for the keyword that has it in it and especially the correct spelling of it.  Google's autocomplete and suggestions have started to reduce the amount of searches for misspelled keywords.  It would be in your best interest to optimize grammatically (imo).  I think you'll see that it's going to help you out in the long run.

This doesn't fall into the duplicate content category.  Especially if the description is honestly describing what your site is.  All relevant and honest directories need a description of a site to accurately list them.  Also, Google does not determine if juice will pass from one site to another, it's up to the site to tell Google that.  They do this by adding rel="nofollow" to the page or link.

Straight from Google's Webmaster Tools help;

"Nofollow" provides a way for webmasters to tell search engines "Don't follow links on this page" or "Don't follow this specific link."

How does Google handle nofollowed links?

In general, we don't follow them. This means that Google does not transfer PageRank or anchor text across these links. Essentially, using nofollow causes us to drop the target links from our overall graph of the web.

Using the on-page report card tool helps alot.  As long as you take it's advice, you should be in good condition.  I use it all the time to double check my work.

The beginners guide to seo is a great place to start in terms of how to structure your URLs.  I personally avoid the "domain.com/keyword/keyword2" type of URL structure.  I'd stick with the latter format, but would make sure to not keyword stuff.  Just keep it simple with one or two keywords as you mentioned.  It's really ugly when you see a url that looks like http://www.domain.com/keyword-keyword2-keyword3-keyword4-keyword5-keyword6-keyword7.  I know I hate it when I see those URLs show up in the SERPS.  I believe Rand touched on this in The Future of LInk Building webinar from a while back.
