Hi Everyone, I am creating local citations for a company, let's call it "Gray Marketing". That is their legal business name and has been this way for about 23 years. Recently (over the past year) they have been going by the name "Gray Marketing and SEO". They had a new logo made that appears on their companies website and location. When creating local citations. The four primary aggregators (Axicom, Localeze, Infogroup, Factual) have the legal business name. My question is, should I change it to the new name or leave it as the legal business name? Side note: I am not able to change the legal business name on Axicom. Any advise would be awesome, thanks. -Michael

Hi, I am working with a brick and motor store and trying to figure out the best ways to obtain Google plus reviews. Personally speaking I think the best way to receive a review is at checkout. Checkout can take about 10-15 min and would be a great time to ask for a review. However, I run into a problem with logistics in obtaining the review and needed help deciding which option to choose or if another option existed? Option: 1. Ask the customer to give a review on our companies Google account? However, this leads to multiple reviews from a single entity, which I would only assume is not a correct way to obtain reviews. 2. Ask the customer to sign in to their Google account. This can be a little invasive and I do not want to turn the customer away from a sale. Am I missing another alternative? Any help would be great, thanks!

Hi Community, I am having a little difficulty with a new company I am working with that has multiple brick and mortar stores. They have 5 locations. 3 in Portland, OR, 1 in Los Angeles and 1 in Las Vegas. The is technically an e-commerce site but the employer wants to drive customers into local showrooms unless they live outside of local areas. They have every minimal traffic outside of local areas. At the moment the page title is "Company Name | Rugs Portland, Los Angeles and Las Vegas. Their PR is #1 in Google for Rugs Portland, Las Vegas and number #5 for Rugs Los Angeles. They are not in the top 50 for the term "rug". My question is, "Should I leave the title alone or break up each location into separate landing pages and tackle long-tail keywords that are not local and have more monthly searches?" Also, Domain Authority is 33. Thanks for the help,

Hi, Say I am going after the keyword "example location". Is it better to have the Title say "Example Location" or can I say, "Example is the best in location" and still get the same keyword results? What about "Example location, location, location", would each "location" carry with it the "example". Hopefully that was not too confusing. Thanks,

Hi All, I am doing work for a rug company that acts as a third party. They have close to 4,000+ products. Each rug belongs to a collection. The collection has one main description that is the same throughout every rug in the collection. Ex. One Collection has 15 rugs, all with the same description. Should I take the time and change every single description? I think the answer is yes but I wanted another opinion. Thanks
