Hi,
i want to track revenue for individual keywords in SEOMOZ Campaign like traffic data
is it possible ?
please provide me any firm solution for this
Can Pinterest help me obtain quality backlinks? How does it help in the process of search engine optimization?
How can I use social link building to my advantage, and how long does the link exist?
I am managing an online pharmacy website which has thousands of pages. I'm creating title tags for the pages that currently have automated tags.
I generally choose a word, find the next best alternative and merge them in the title.
Often this results in repetition of 2-3 words.
Examples below:-
Title:- Skincare Treatment, Buy Skincare Products Discounted at Online Pharmacy
Title:- Nebulisers, Buy Nebulisers UK Discounted at Online Pharmacy
Title:- Electronic Dictionaries, Buy Best Electronic Dictionaries Discounted at Online Pharmacy
Title:- Cat Skin Care, Buy Cat Skin Care Products Discounted at Online Pharmacy
Are these OK or would Google penalize us for it?
Hi,
In campaigns, every week we found a big keyword ranking fluctuation.
For Example:
This week SEO MOZ campaign shows one keyword on 23 position and keyword change number shows 13 position down. When i have checked manually its showing on 13th position. Can you please tell me why its happen?
Waiting for your reply
Thanks,
We have a larger site with 100k+ pages, we need to create a mobile site which gets indexed in the mobile engines but I am afraid that google bot will consider these pages duplicates of the normal site pages.
I know I can block it on the robots.txt but I still need it to be indexed for mobile search engines and I think google has a mobile crawler as well.
Feel free to give me any other tips that I should follow while trying to optimize the mobile version.
Any help would be appreciated
I understand that optimizing the site search box for the right pages is crucial but my question is how do you track the searches that are returning 0 results. For example, is there a code which I could implement for the page that returns no results.
Again this would be a dynamic page and therefore I won't be able to track it in analytics. I want a system where I get compact data so that I could include products which my site doesn't have provided the search volume of that product is large.
I am working towards optimizing the site search box of an ecommerce website and I wish to track the keywords which users are searching but which are yielding no results. Please see the image for the same.
I wish to assimilate data on the same which would then allow me to add products which users are searching but which the site doesn't have. However my problem is that I don't know how you could obtain this data in analytics because these results manifest itself in the form of searchresults.php.
I know that analyzing search refinements and percentage of exits in Google Analytics is an option but I want a more compact and simpler solution to the problem where I could see exactly all the data in one place. Does anyone have suggestions on how this can be done? Thanks in advance,
While blog commenting, many people tend to use their 'anchor text' when asked to provide with their name. Hyperlinking anchor text inside the blog comment is perfectly understandable for me but using anchor text when asked to provide your name is something that I see as spam and something that totally confuses a normal user who reads the blog comment and sees a weird name in the name section. Search engines too must be perfectly aware of this and thus I am of the opinion that such anchor texts don't care much weightage in the eyes of search engine.
However many of my fellow SEO colleagues tend to differ. They say you should use anchor text when asked to provide with a name. And I am totally against this form of promotion That's why I wish to ask the opinion of experts in SEO MOZ on this topic.
Awaiting your feedbacks
No I am not talking about the google search box incorporated in sites but the site's own search box. Answering your 2nd question, I meant that the URL won't be found via site navigation as it is a dynamic URL that is generated. Awaiting your response on the same.
For example, if I search for an 'x' item in a site's search box and if the site displays a list of results based on the query, would that page be crawled? I am asking this question because this would be a URL that is non existent on the site and hence am confused as to whether Google bots would be able to find it.
I had changed the meta tags for a site www.aztexsodablast.com.au about a month back and Google has also crawled those new tags but in search results when I search for the term 'Aztex Sodablast' it is continuing to show the old tags while on the site, the new tags are being displayed. What may be the issue and how could I correct the problem?
