Thanks EGOL. I will get that removed as well.
I got a new link from this site in footer 2 days back. There are about 20 pages in that site. I have an option to request the same link in this single page.
Should I request from single page? Thanks.

I'm going to take the quiz later today. Link to the Blog.
Link Build Efforts: I didn't put any effort to build links. No guest blog posts or any other dedicated campaign for building links. 99% of the link came in naturally.
There were 2 sitewide footer link from PR 5 sites. Only effort I put to get the links (not paid). One of them have removed it and trying to get other removed as well. Google Webmaster listed like 2500 links pointing to home page from those 2 domains.
Also, I'm trying to get the link removed from sites that scrapped contents, but those sites don't have any contact info to reach a real person.
Abut 3500 pages are indexed. About 2000 receive SERP traffic. Bounce rate of the site is 55%.

When I got started with blogging, I would select the keywords that I would naturally search. Now, you can do the same with bit more data. When you type-in the keywords in Google Search, make a pick based on the suggested keywords. Then create article based on that. This will get you started. Then track your analytics data and refine your keyword list based on keywords that drive traffic.
I'm in the process of putting together a plan to recover from Algorithmic penalty. I'm not sure if I have to focus my recovery effort based on Penguin, Panda or Other algorithm penalty.
After looking at the attached screenshot : Google Analytics Data vs Google Algorithm update timeline, I'm not sure if the blog is affected due to Penguin or Panda.
I have following questions
Thanks for you help.
Awesome. Thanks Lynn.
Added absolute path to Twitter Handle. This should remove some 4000 or so 4xx errors.
There is a huge Spike in 4xx Client Error after new Wordpress Theme Change.
Report shows URL that doesn't exist in the Referral Page.
Missing URL (404) - http://www.happyschoolsblog.com/gre-test-dates-2011/happyschools/
Referral - http://www.happyschoolsblog.com/gre-test-dates-2011/
Likewise there are over 4000 errors (4xx) with happyschools appended to the URL. I'm not sure how to fix the those errors. Thanks.
I read all the replies and question is still unanswered.
I have the exact same problem with WordPress when using nextpage tag to split a single post into multiple pages.
Wordpress SEO plugin from Yoast doesn't handle this. If I create a blog one post with 3 more pages, url structure looks like the following
With Wordpress SEO Plugin, I can set Title and Description for just ONCE ( not for all 4 pages). This results in Duplicate Title Tags.
Possible Solution 1: Re-write Title using wp_title if page is >= 2. Appending page number to the Title could fix this.
Possible Solution 2: Add www.example.com/post-link/ as canonical link in Advanced Tab of Wordpress SEO
