Having Capital letters in the URLs are not bad for SEO, Google consider this case as negative seo and it will not affect your ranking, but i recommend to use lower case in URL because it is User-friendly and SE friendly, and may be possible that you will have duplicate content issue if search engine see variations of upper and lower case among URLs that all evidently point to the same content. RE: My website hasn't been cached for over a month. Can anyone tell me why?
Hi,
Your site is open with or without WWW so it is major problem you have to do proper 301 redirect in .htaccess file. Need to implement rel=canonical into your site i did not find that code. I see 243 pages are indexed of your site by google. can i know about the domain edge of your site?? when you have live this site?

RE: Is it better to use geo-targeted keywords or add the locations as separate keywords?
Hi,
You can use keywords with your state and city, now days local SEO becomes more popular in SEO business. If you want to promote your business locally then it is best way to add city or state name into keywords. Do local Listing in your target country. If you want add multiple city then you have to create landing pages for that keywords.
