I desperately need a hand here!

Firstly I just want to say that I we never infracted google guidelines as far as we know. I have been around in this field for about 6 years and have had success with many websites on the way relying only in natural SEO and was never penalised until now.

The problem is that our website www.turbosconto.it is and we have no idea why. (not manual)

The web has been online for more than 6 months and it NEVER started to rank. it has about 2 organic visits a day at max.

In this time we got several links  from good websites which are related to our topic which actually keep sending us about 50 visits a day. Nevertheless our organic visita are still 1 or 2 a day.

All the pages seem to be heavily penalised ... when you perform a search for any of our "shops"even including our Url, no entries for the domain appear.

What I will expect to find as a result:  http://www.turbosconto.it/buono-sconto-zalando

The same case repeats for all of the pages for the "shops" we promote.

Searching any of the brads + our domain shows no result except from "nike" and "euroclinix" (I see no relationship between these 2)

Some days before for these same type of searches it was showing pages from the domain which we blocked by robots months ago, and which go to 404 error instead of our optimised landing pages which cannot  be found in the first 50 results. These pages are generated by our rating system...

We already send requests to de index all theses pages but they keep appearing for every new page that we create. And the real pages nowhere to be found...

Why on earth will google show a page which is blocked by the robots.txt displaying that the content cannot  retrieved because it is blocked by the robots instead of showing pages which are totally SEO Friendly and content rich...

All the script from TurboSconto is the same one that we use in our spanish version www.turbocupones.com. With this last one we have awesome results, so it makes things even more weird...

Ok apart from those weird issues with the indexation and the robots, why did a research on out backlinks and we where surprised to fin a few bad links that we never asked for.

Never the less there are just a few and we have many HIGH QUALITY LINKS, which makes it hard to believe that this could be the reason.

Just to be sure we, we used the disavow tool for these links, here are the bad links we submitted 2 days ago:

I have no clue what can it be, we have no warning messages in the webmaster tools or anything. 
For me it looks as if google has a BUG and went crazy on judging our italian website. Or perhaps we are just missing something ???

If anyone could throw some light on this I will be really glad and willing to pay some compensation for the help provided.

I believe The site-wide footer links are the problem. Despite being only 4 sites linking to us, they generate thousands of links...
My question now will be how to proceed? I never received such a big penalty for literally 4 dammed image footer links.

Should I start from a new domain ? Ask the webmasters to delete those links or no follow them ? use disavow tool?

How much time should I spect for a recovery ?

Our website www.turbocupones.com dropped drastically in ranking today. I have no idea why this happened as we have not outsourced any SEO and sticked to google´s guidelines. Can you please check the web and give me Ideas why this happened? Our traffic dropped by 1000%. All our content is unique. I have years of experience in SEO and never had a problem like this. The rankings dropped drastically for everything. As said all SEO done is white hat.

It is really likely that the penalty was because of anchor text over optimization.
check you backlink profile for that keyword. do you have many domains pointing at you with that keyword?

Remember that with penguin it the link profile have to look natural.

For homepage most links should be the brandname, variations of the url, and links like here you can XYZ ... etc
Only a few with keywords.
Check your anchor text profile in OSE.

You are right Eblan, they do have a lot of links from customers. Footer links.

However they don´t seem to be enough for such a page rank.

The fact  is that the technique works incredibly good for them.

It is true,right or left the only impact in your SEO could be if it gives a bad user experience and increases the bounce rate. Maybe choose wisely the links in the nav bar so they are not to many and they actually point to webpages you want to get link juice to.

In theory when someone looks at a website tends to check more the left side, specially top left. check for website heat map on google.

What needs to be more visible, the navigation bar or the content? ... depends.

I don´t think that the great majority of customers will even realize that other pages in the niche have the sidebar on the other side. That is just because you are highly involved with your website and the niche and therefore even realize that.

In other words just a mater of design.

My personal opinion, I like right side navigation, looks more modern.

All websites I have ever seen with similar metrics in OSE have normally a PR of 2 or 3 or max 4. This one is PR 5 and I would like to know why.

I also noticed that they do not redirect the urls without www. to www. Which is normally bad ... can it be good for some reason in this case?

It is PR 5 since a long time

I have a coupon agregattor website

There are an image, a button that I ask online shops to put if they want to apear in my site and don´t have a proper affiliate marketing programme.

The thing is that I don´t know how bad google sees this as many of my competitors do it and I am th eonly one that is penalized, just because I added a kexword for the image button.

What do you think about these links? I think they are fair as I promote them and their customers can find coupons for the shop in my site. But I am afraid google algorith does no see it that way.

Hi Ryan Kent :),

I got a problem with most of my important keywords they all went to hell some months after penguin. Google said that there was no manual penality. I know that the problem is that I have too many links with keywords.
Will changing this links with my url or brand will help? or should I delete them all ?

Since them I foccus on building non keyword links but still not working.

JUst figured out that it is not possible as google wants google plus to be 100% human generated content so they don´t give any kind of API acces asthey do in facebook and twitter.

My blog haa a feed... should I suscribe it to the google news service some how ?

Every post gets burned to the facebook fanpage autmatically with the link.

I already have a google plus account and linked to all posts as author. IS there aservice that burns your feed into your google plus so every new post apears also in my google plus account? would it be recommendable?

I would like to know what can I do. Normally it takes google around 3 days to index my content.

I got a site map, swiched the crawling rate to the fastest in my webmaster tools.

I also tried crawling my homepage as google bot and sending it to the index with all linked pages but even if I do so my content takes around 3 days if not more to get indexed.

I publish around 20 posts a week. My SEOmoz page authority is 48.

Some sites of my competition seem to be getting their content indexed in the same day.

What else can be done?

Well I think they do.
My competition uses this links a lot and I am talking about pr7 websites from big companies. I Doubt they bring any traffic as they are in random topics.
But do they Weight?
Is google not smart enough to know that these are comment links?

I would like to know what do you think about this practice in general and hear some answer for my case.

My case:

I know a net of different blogs that let you put do follow comments as long as they are good. It is not really a lot of spam going on yet, around 6 comments per blog entry.

The do follow link is in the form www.xyz.com. Normally a PR 3 after the post ranks.
There are around 20 different blogs. I have already use them and I believe with good results but can´t measure it as I do many other SEO activities.

Would you recommend to get to invest time commenting in all of them? Even if all them are in the same C-block?
