Hi,
Can you submit this here https://moz.com/help/contact so we can take a look at your account and see what's going on with it?
Thanks,
Steffany
Hi,
If it uploaded you'll either see it under "Ready to be published" or "Validation Needed". If you're still having issues I would recommend submitting a ticket to us here https://moz.com/help/contact. I would have the csv attached so that we can take a look at what's going on.
Steffany
Hi,
Your campaign should update every 7 days from the day it was created. If it's been longer then that you'll want to submit a ticket to us here: https://moz.com/help/contact So we can look into what the delay is.
Thanks,
Steffany
Hi,
That's correct at this time we don't have that feature. The only thing we have that lets you back further in reports is our custom reports. But it only goes as far back as when the custom report was created. So if you created one today then let's say 6 months later you wanted to see your first report you would be able to. You can either set it for weekly or monthly. But as for specific dates Sean is right we don't have that yet, hopefully we will have it in the near future.
Thanks
Steffany
Hi,
Keyword rankings tracks all of your rankings historically, rank tracker will only track 50. You can refresh the rankings whenever and you can send reports to a different email then the account's email. You can learn more about rank tracker here: http://moz.com/help/guides/research-tools/rank-tracker

Hi,
Can you submit this to https://moz.com/help/contact with your account information? Once we get that we can look into what's going on. One thing you might want to try is to sign out and clear your cache and cookies and see if that helps the issue.
Thanks!
Steffany
Hi,
For you listings the Adress, Phone # and website needs to be exact to what we see on your Google places or FB business page. Also Yelp will not show a listing in Local until there has been a review on that listing.
Thanks,
Steffany
Hi,
Local Search Volume refers to the estimated amount of search traffic for the given term in the country-specific version of Google that you selected (Ex. Google.ca).
Global Search Volume refers to the estimated amount of search traffic for the given term in all of Google's country-specific search portals. (Ex. Google.com, Google.ca, and all other country-specific versions of Google).
I hope this helps, have a great weekend!
Steffany
Hi Sean,

Hi,
Hope you're enjoying your day! Can you submit this to help@moz with your account information? Can you also send us the CSV attached with the email? Once we get that information we can look into what's going on. In order for the CSV to be validated it has to match exact to your Google or FB page. You can see the requirements for our CSV's here: https://moz.com/local/help/documentation

Steffany
Hi,
If you are having issues seeing some of your reports, please submit a ticket to us at help@moz.com. That way we can take a look at your account and see what's going on with it.

Thanks for reaching out and your interest in Moz Local!
The time it takes our partners to update the listing really depends on whether or not they have an API. If they do have an API, the listing will be updated pretty much immediately. If they run on a traditional database (Acxiom is one), it can take up to 4 weeks.

Hi,
There are two places you can see this data. If you go into your campaign and under link - competitive metrics, there you will be able to click on what specific metric you want to see. For example if you clicked Domain Authority it will bring up a graph showing you your competitors Domain Authority compared to yours. You can read about it here: http://moz.com/help/guides/links/competitive-metrics
Another way to compare competitors to your site is in Open Site Explorer under the Compare Link Metrics, you can read about OSE here: http://moz.com/help/guides/research-tools/open-site-explorer

Steffany
Hi,
Can you send this to help@moz.com? We will need to look into your account and see if there was a issue while pulling your data.
Thanks,
Steffany
Hi,
Unfortunately at this time we don't have a feature to that. I would recommend submitting that to our Feature Request Form here: https://seomoz.zendesk.com/forums/293194-seomoz-pro-feature-requests

Steffany
Hi,
The gains and losses is compared to the previous week but we did just launch monthly reports. So you will be able to compare monthly now. You can also have things like Ranking History emailed to you. You can do that by clicking the button on the right side in the Keyword Rankings section. You can also set up Custom Reports that have you choose what reports you would like and can get them weekly or monthly. The previous reports are kept so you can go back and compare them later to more recent reports.
Cheers,
Steffany
Hi Gareth,
So sorry for the trouble you're having! Can you submit this issue at help@moz.com so we can look into this further? We will need the email for your account to look into it.
Thanks,

Steffany
Hi Catherine,
I looked at your page and it looks like some of your links were called but was not included in your server as well as some other issues. Looks like its getting a 404 from your app cache, sometimes too many errors on a page can come back with 404 errors and still load. Some of the 404's that were listed is:
/includes/js/jplugins/jquery.test.js also returns 404 ( did not add to server)
/includes/img/menu_blog.png is giving a 404 ( did not add image to server)
If you bring up your site in chrome you can right click - inspect elements - refresh - go to network tab. The links with errors will show up in red.
Hi,
You can only do it from PRO right now, so you will need to go to pro.moz.com/campaigns and go to the campaign you want to run the report on. Then you would want to click on reports and add new report. Hope this helps!
Thanks,
Steffany
Hi Nicole,
Thanks for reaching out to us! I looked at your campaigns and I am not showing where any of your first page keywords outnumber the total number of keywords. Can you be more specific on which campaign it is, if you don't want to submit it on here you can submit a ticket through help@moz.com and we will look further into your issue.
Thanks!
Steffany
