RE: Should I increase SEO activity while we are restructuring our B2C service offerings and planning a product relaunch in about 6-8 months?
You definetly should keep doing it. I work for a women's swimwear company, SwimsuitsDirect.com. The majority of our business is done during the summer. But during the off season we go fully into SEO mode. It's a good idea to keep up with your SEO because it will make it that much easier when the rest of your services are up to date.

RE: How does it work Fresh Web Explorer Mention Tool?By given information is right or wrong?
It might mention your brand name but not as your brand. My company, Swimsuits Direct gets several false positives from pages that have the words "swimsuits" and "direct" but not together. Try searching for brand mentions with quotes around your brand name.

RE: International SEO: What to do when you're using a ccTLD and want to go global
Its not as much of a hindrance in other European countries as it would be if you're trying to expand into American markets. Not having that country's TLD does hurt your SEO in that country somewhat but the way to get around this is to work on getting links from websites in that country. If you can get the domain great, if not it's not the end of the world.

RE: Can you recommend a link builder from the Moz list?
You probably would have a better bet doing the linking yourself. Chances are if they're specifically in link building they won't get many quality sites and will be more harmful than good.
