@KristinaKeyser Hello, I've reached out to support to have refund after 1 hour I'm being charged and I still haven't received a reply until now.
I used Moz tool for trial for a practical exam and I dont have the money to pay for it now since I was just recently fired from my job. I tried to have it cancelled a 3 days before the trial expiration and not sure what happened why I'm still being charged. I might have missed something.
Asking for your kind consideration, please. Although I am extremely reliant with the software for SEO analysis, I have no use of the tool now since I'm jobless and I dont have the money to pay for it.
