Rel canonical confusion
I have 172 pages on my site coming up as having a rel canoncial tag
This is not something I've added myself so I think it must either be part of wordpress or part of a plug in I'm using . ALL in One SEO?
They have come up as blue warning so not sure if it's a big deal, or what i need to do to fix it.

RE: Getting links into forums
Hi - it was suggested to me today that instead of posting a www link, instead post your @Twitterusername, and that won't be picked up as a link and therefore won't be spammed but will still enable people to 'find you' in the webasphere.
Obv not great for backlinks but good for brand recognition and driving traffic.
Haven't yet tried it myself but worth a pop?
Thanks

Title tag formatting
So I thought I had Title tags cracked...
- Unique to each page
- Priority phrases at the start
- Under 70 characters inc spaces
- No spamming of keyword phrase
- Brand at the end
But do people believe that this structure is bad?
<keyword 1="" phrase="">| <keyword 2="" phrase="">|<brand></brand></keyword></keyword>
and that Title tags should now be structure more like full sentences?
And does using the same keyword phrase on several pages dilute or cannibalize results?
Thanks
Kate
