Thanks a lot, it was the &gl=US bit that I was after. Hadn't heard of the FF pluggin but it seems like an easy option.

If I go to Google.com I get redirected back to Google.co.uk and search results have a UK bias. I'm trying to research the US market and have a hazy recolection of Rand demonstrating how you can add a few characters to the google.co.uk url to see US results - just can't remember what video I saw it in. Any ideas?
Thanks a lot
Thanks David, I thought that if my competitors' links were more authoritative it would have also shown in Domain MozRank, Domain MozTrust, but perhaps not. Will have a closer look.
Tom
Looking at the Competitive Link Analysis report shows my domain outperforming my competitors on Domain MozRank, Domain MozTrust, total links, linking root domains, followed linking root domains, and linking c-blocks. But Domain Authority scores are very similar across all four sites with one competitor actually scoring higher than my domain.
How should I unpick this result? I'm assuming that there must a problem with my link profile. Is that a valid assumption?
Thanks, Tom
Thanks Richard, I took your advice and here's the response from SEOmoz:
The good news is you can set the Web App to custom grade any URL for your keywords! To do this, follow these steps:
1. Hit 'Report Card' under the On-Page tab
2. Choose your Keyword and enter the URL you would like to grade. This would be the URL that your 301 redirects to.
3. After the report runs, hit "Run This Report Weekly" to automatically add this report to your weekly tracking.

You can also stop the "wrong" reports from running by hitting the "Stop Running Weekly" button on your On Page Report. Here's another screenshot: http://markup.io/v/8php8694gcen
Yes, a few weeks have gone by so at least two site crawls since the 301 was in place.
A few weeks ago I ran the SEOMoz On Page Optimization Reports for one of my sites. At the time, the site homepage was duplicated .com/ and .com/index.html (I know!). The On Page Optimisation Reports I ran at the time obviously included both as individual pages. I've now corrected the duplicate issue with a 301 but the On Page Optimization Reports are still looking at the rankings for .com/index.html and therefore showing "not in top 50" for keywords where I'm actually ranking 1st - any idea how I can get the reports to update so they don't continue to look for .com/index.html? Thanks!

Looks like your connection to Moz was lost, please wait while we try to reconnect.
