I am having trouble targeting to people who like specific pages. Some pages with only 13K likes will show in the 'interests' section, but others with 50K will not show. Using auto complete to find what is available: is this the only way to find the pages to advertise to? Another example, I can target the people who liked Moz, because SEOMoz.com autocompletes. But SEObook does not, so I can't advertise to the people who liked this page. How can I target people who like pages specifically, no matter how many likes they have? Thank you, Tyler

My client can't do domain.com/blog because he's on wix. I'm thinking blog.domain.com. Do you have any resources for the pros and cons of this? I understand that google looks at them very similarly now, is that true for google +?

Bruce Clay and others did some research and found that the first link on the page is the most important and what is accredited as the link. Any other links on the page mean nothing. Is this still true? And in that case, on an ecommerce site with category links in the top navigation (which is high on the code), is it not useful to link to categories in the content of the page? I have a question about 404ed domains and old domains. #1 A domain has many links to it, but has been 404ed for 4 months. Should I redirect to a page I own and is almost exactly the same content. Will the fact that it was once 404ed be an issue? #2 I have an old domain that has many links but has been stagnant for a long time. Are these links still valuable and I should I redirect them to an important page on a different site? Does penguin influence your advice?

If I redirect page A to page B does page A need to exist before Google sees the redirect. Or can I just put up a redirect and delete page A. If the page doesn't need to exist: You have all your redirects in place for a website. You want this website to redirect to another website. Hello, Can you give admin status to a user, that doesn't give them the ability to remove other admins. This would be editor or contributor in wordpress. The concern here is that an admin can delete the other admins. IF ATT gave admin to a disgruntled employee, they could lose a page for some time. Thanks

Hello, My question is: how important is it to wait for the a redirect to get seen and cached before you take down the old page? More in depth: my old platform has seriously limited my ability to add sitemaps and make edits to htacces. I just want to change nameservers (which will delete everything on there) and upload the htaccess is that alright? Hello, We get tons of comments on Facebook about our blog. We get no comments on our actual blog. So I'm really leaning towards putting facebook comments to replace my blogs comments - http://techcrunch.com/2011/07/13/series-a-whopper-benchmark-invests-33m-in-new-bi-company-domo/ I was looking at techcrunch's code and it looks like none of that information is actually being consider content on their site. The code looks like: Even with tons of comments. So I am thinking that a huge amount of facebook comments does nothing for your onsite SEO. You get no more content and nothing is changing on your page, despite even an unprecedented amount of conversation. Perhaps the only thing you would get from this is the off site SEO - which would be traffic and exposure on facebook. I'm not asking if I should do this or not. Hello, I am entering sitewide navigation that will go to primary seo pages. This is really for usability, not for link juice. I'm wondering if I should still link to these very important pages in my index page's content. Or if I should consider those navigation links strong enough. Hello, I worked on my site using a sandbox, this site got cached!!! So now all my pages on my regular site have several links from this IP address. I know this isn't that big of a deal. Sometimes I want to redirect pages on my site.
