Years ago, I found a void in the way Human Resource professionals were verifying employment history. I did some research and created specifications for a website that would verify employment history electronically.

I am also involved with the development and quality assurance of VeraTrack.com to meet both the standards of my customers and the high level of quality I want to provide on a daily basis.

I review and oversee a committee we have created at VeraTrack that reviews all additions and modifications to the website and back-end interfaces we have development and maintained to ensure all clients will benefit and not just one.

I am also heavily involved in assisting our customers with integrating into our XML Gateway to ensure a smooth transition of seamless data exchanges.

I have taught classes and developed seminars that were educational in nature and more importantly, approved for HRCI continuing education.
