As we all attempt to get backlinks for the sites we manage, I have to wonder if it's worth it at all to get a nofollow backlink.  Does Google give and positive credit for a link to a site if it is a nofollow link? Obviously, the follow links are worth pursuing.  I'm just trying to gain some perspective. Thanks,  Wick

I've got a listing on Moz Local - www.carolinasmilesnc.com.  It finds most listings OK.  When looking for other listing services where it locates a matching listing, it cannot seem to find the Facebook page.  They have identical phone numbers as what we submitted (verified by Google) as well as the street address.  We keyed in the Facebook link in the details of the listing for Moz Local.  Moz Local only shows an option to create a page.  How do I get it to connect to the existing and very robust Facebook page?

I've got a web design business with a site that's been out there for 17 years - www.biztoolsone.com.  I've got links to my clients' sites in my portfolio page.  The backlinks list for my clients, when I check them in Moz, don't show the links from this site.  They always showed in the list until a few months ago.  The site has a DA of 59 & PA (for home page) of 50.  The spam score is 0/17.  I'm having a tough time telling my clients that the Moz backlinks list is accurate when that site doesn't show in the list.  The same is true for www.fayettevillenc.biz - this is one I created years ago to generate backlinks.  It's got a spam score of 4/17, so I'm a little more understanding of that one. I see lots of suggestions on the web for forwarding http to https.  I've got several existing sites that want to take advantage of the SSL boost for SEO (however slight) and I don't want to lose SEO placements in the process.  I can force all pages to be viewed through the SSL - that's no problem.  But for SEO reasons, do I need to do a 301 redirect line of code for every page in the site to the new "https" version?  Or is there a way to catch all with one line of code that Google, etc. will recognize & honor?

I have a client that has an office in a particular suite (Suite 101) at a local address. They rent the space so they cannot just add another suite number.  They are going to have two websites for two different businesses run from the same location.  They will have separate local phone numbers for each business.  Is it too much of a stretch for them to show one as "Suite 101-A" and the other as "Suite 101-B" for their local pages?  One of the businesses is very new with few citations at this point.  The other has not started up yet, so we have better  control of the citations that will be created. I've seen similar questions posted, but not one that addresses this specific issue. Thanks for any advice!

I'd love to know what sites this community deems most important when looking at whether my business & site are listed there.  I know the obvious - Google Places, Yahoo Maps, Bing Local, Yelp. Foursquare. What others do you consider to be "mission critical" to the general market? Thanks!
