OOPS!! My website links the most to me, I can't get it??

Today, I have checked Google webmaster tools to get answer of following question.
Who links the most to my website? I was assumed that Google webmaster tools provide me list of external website where I have created my text links.
But, I can't get it when see my own website links the most to me. (4652??)
I checked my other websites which are integrated in Google webmaster tools. They also developed on same platform as well as same internal linking structure.
But, I am not able to find out similar issue over there.
That's why I am quite confuse with Vista Store. How can I solve it? Does it really matter?

You raised one more mind bubble with my current stuff.
The most important thing is to work on building good links from other sites.
Now, I will digging till than good performance. I have no worry because you there on SEOmoz.
I am not raising one more question for link building just share my thoughts... going to close my discussion on this topic...

Well, you need your main menu to be crawlable so that the pages on your site are indexed.
You could analyze all of the links on the page(s) to see if there are any links that can either be removed or no followed. This would help to reduce the watering down of link value for each link on the page, but if there are no links that you can edit without creating problems with crawling, then it is best not to mess with them.
The most important thing is to work on building good links from other sites.

What you are seeing is the internal links between pages on your site.
When I checked your home page using the Mozbar I see more than 200 links (most are from your sidebar menu). I also checked one of your product pages and see almost 190 links on that page too.
Your other sites may have less links per page, the menus on them may be built in a different way, you may have more external inks than internal, or Webmaster tools may just not be showing them to you (Google says that we will see more links in Webmaster Tools than using a link: search in a browser, but still may not see all of the links that they are aware of).

New Website's Not Ranking for Branded Term

It's ranking in 1st position on Bing and Yahoo but on page 2 (16th or so) on Google. Going through the list and can't come up with an answer. Establishing if links are 'nofollow'
Wonder if any of you guys can tell me if there is any other way to tell google links are nofollow other than in the html (ie can you tell google to nofollow every link in a subdomain or something). I'm trying to establish if a couple of links on a very high ranking site are passing me pagerank or not without asking them directly and looking silly! Within the source code for the page they are NOT tagged as nofollow at present. Hope that all makes sense 😉

Pagination and View All Pages Question. We currently don't have a canonical tag pointing to View all as I don't believe it's a good user experience so how best we deal with this.
Hello All, I have an eCommerce site and have implemented the use rel="prev" and rel="next" for Page Pagination. However, we also have a View All which shows all the products but we currently don't have a canonical tag pointing to this as I don't believe showing the user a page with shed loads of products on it is actually a good user experience so we havent done anything with this page. I have a sample url from one of our categories which may help - http://goo.gl/9LPDOZ This is obviously causing me duplication issues as well . Also , the main category pages has historically been the pages which ranks better as opposed to Page 2, Page 3 etc etc. I am wondering what I should do about the View All Page and has anyone else had this same issue and how did they deal with it. Do we just get rid of the View All even though Google says it prefers you to have it ? I also want to concentrate my link juice on the main category pages as opposed being diluted between all my paginated pages ? - Does anyone have any tips on how to best do this and have you seen any ranking improvement from this ? Will adding 1000's of outbound links to just a few website impact rankings?
I manage a large website that hosts 1000's of business listings that comprise an area that covers 7 state counties. Currently a category page (such as lodging) hosts a group of listings which then link to it's own page. From these pages links are present directly to the business it represents. The client is proposing that we change all listings to link to the representative county website and remove the individual pages. This essentially would create 1000's of external links to 7 different websites and remove 1000's of pages from our site.

Does anyone have thoughts on how adding 1000's of links (potentially upwards of 3000) to only 7 websites (that I would deem relevant links) would affect SEO? I get warnings for overly dynamic urls, but have canonical links in place.
Hi, Seomoz gives me warnings for overly dynamic urls. This is mostly caused by a crumbtrail system. I have a canonical link in the header for all the urls I receive warnings on, should I still worry about this? Thanks!

Does the home page must get the biggest amount of internal links?
Hi All, I have an e-commerce website with thousands of unique pages. The site is built with quick access through the navigation bar to the main product categories. All of the product pages have navigation trees in them.

What happened is that in one of the main categories I have so many pages (products) that it actually gets more links than the home page - it is getting the links both from the menu (in each page in the site) and from the product pages that belong to that category whereas the homepage gets only the one link from the menu. Is that OK or should I add a level in the navigation tree that points to the homepage? Thanks0
