What is the best way to embed PDF documents for SEO?

I have been using SCRIBD to embed PDF documents on my site but until recently I did not include the link back to SCRIBD. Will my site get credit for this content or will it go to SCRIBD? Is there a better way to embed PDF documents for SEO?

they are not at the moment - the blog is hosted on wordpress so the link goes back to that site. Should i add them with HTML or as PDF to my site?

Aha, so the content was already posted on your site. Than I wouldn't worry too much about the SCRIBD embedding. Are the 60 pages of blog posts also available on one page on your site? If not, I'd make a page with all the content on it and link to the PDF file near the top of the site to have a good alternative.

I have embedded them for the ease of use by users of my site. For example, I have 60 pages of blog posts in one embed that people can page through easily to read. Is there a better way to do this?

Is there a particular reason why you embed PDF documents?
To make sure your website gets credit for that content, either post it on your site as content or as a PDF document on your domain.
If you want to rank for a particular keyword, you're always better to have your pages ranked in stead of the PDF file. It's a lot more user friendly and people can continue browsing your site if they land on your web page in stead of your PDF file.

Local SEO - two businesses at same address - best course of action?
Hi Mozzers - I'm working with 2 businesses at the moment, at the same address - the only difference between the two is the phone number. I could ask to split the business addresses apart, so that NAP(name, address, phone number) is different for each businesses (only the postcode will be the same). Or simply carry on at the moment, with the N and Ps different, yet with the As the same - the same addresses for both businesses. I've never experienced this issue before, so I'd value your input. Best way to block a sub-domain from being indexed
Hello, The search engines have indexed a sub-domain I did not want indexed its on old.domain.com and dev.domain.com - I was going to password them but is there a best practice way to block them. We have 5 domain alias of our existing sites

All 5 domain alias are domain alias of our main site. It means, all domain alias will have exactly same site and contents
Like Main domain: www.mywebsite.com
DomainAlias: www.myproduct.com, www.myproduct2.com, www.myproduc3.com

What is the best way to handle special characters in URLs
What is the best way to handle special characters? We have some URL's that use special characters and when a sitemap is generate using Xenu it changes the characters to something different. Do we need to have physically change the URL back to display the correct character? One Way Links vs Two Way Links
Hi, Was speaking to a client today and got asked how damaging two way links are. i.e. domaina.com links to domainb.com and domainb.com links back to domaina.com. I need a nice simple layman's explanation of if/how damaging they are compared to one way links. And please don't answer with you lose link juice as I have a job explaining link juice....
