When will Rank Tracker be mended
-
I have been waiting for many days now to use rank tracker but it is still broke. when i put the keyword into rank tracker the wheel just goes around and around and brings no results.
Can anyone from the semoz team let me know when it will be mended
-
sent you the info. customer service should be the most important thing

Email me the ticket information and I can also look into it for you. You should have gotten an automated email right after you submitted your ticket with a reference number you can use to check on the web, and a reminder that the help desk runs Monday-Friday so you can't always count on an answer on the weekends (not sure when you submitted your ticket).

Keri, can you wake someone up there please as i have just checked my help desk ticket which was eleven hours ago and it says the following
Awaiting assignment to a help desk operator
Not being funny but this is not very professional and we are paying good money to receive a second rate service. the rank tracker has been down for some days now, so i am just wondering why we are paying the money we pay when it has not been sorted out and why after eleven hours no one has got back to me and it says that it is awaiting assignment.
I need to see an improvement if i am going to stay with seomoz

I have checked my spam and nothing there, i cannot believe that it is still broke. i will contact them again and see if there is any life there lol

Hi Diane,
Like Highland said, the help desk is the best place for this type of question. This is the Q&A forum, which is more appropriate for general SEO questions.
Have you checked your spam filter for a response, or looked on the for your ticket? I remember you mentioning problems with the help desk in Q&A this summer yet we looked at the ticket and saw the help desk did respond, so I'm wondering if part of the problem could be email notifications. If you send me an email at keri at seomoz dot org with your ticket number, I'll look into it from this side.
You might also add your two cents into this survey in the blog post about what is your idea of a perfect rank tracker. http://www.seomoz.org/blog/what-does-your-ideal-rank-tracker-look-like-we-want-to-know

i have sent them an email and still not heard anything back, i have contacted them before over issues and never received an email

Have you tried help@seomoz.org? I bet you'd get a faster response.

Why does a word show as 'Google en-US Mobile Friendly' = FALSE when it also shows that it ranks 3 on mobile?
I pulled a recent report for all words I'm tracking locally and it states that a specific term ranks #4 on desktop and #3 on mobile. But in separate columns, specifically "Google en-US Mobile Friendly" that same terms shows as 'FALSE'. Any idea what this means? Thanks!

All ranked pages on Googles SERP only links to home
I got a problem regarding my website called musik.dk, and hope you guys are able to help. I just got my first ranking results from Moz. My question is: All my keywords are linking to the home page, and not the artist page? For examples if I were to search on Rihanna on Google, then when musik.dk appears on the SERP, it only links to the home, and not musik.dk/rihanna.. This problem applies to all the given artists ranked on Googles SERP, it never shows the artist page itself, only links to home. Let me know if you need any information, and I gladly supply, this is kind of frustrating to me.. As a note: all pages besides the home has a PA of 1, and it doesn't really seem to change. Claim Universal Placement Media in Rankings Report
There are several videos of ours on 3rd party sites (YouTube, Vimeo) that are in universal placements but show as not ours. Since they are not on our domain is there a way we can claim them in the rankings report to make the report more accurate?

Are organic site links excluded in the rankings report?
If I'm pulling a rankings report for a specific subdomain and a different subdomain appears at the main result and the specific subdomain is a site link beneath it, does that show up in the results? It doesn't seem to in my report.

Has MozTrust predicted fall in Google rankings???
The definition of MozTrust is:
Moz Pro | | driansmith
"MozTrust is SEOmoz's global link trust score. It is similar to MozRank but rather than measuring link popularity, it measures link trust. Receiving links from sources which have inherent trust, such as the homepages of major university websites or certain governmental web pages, is a strong trust endorsement." That being the case it is quite disturbing that a number of websites have been hit very badly by the latest Google algorithm changes that did indeed have very respectable MozTrust rankings. Can I ask whether anybody has carried out any sort of analysis of MozTrust versus negative impact in Google rankings? The prediction would of course be that websites suffering from a lower MozTrust would have been hit quite badly by these recent changes.0 -
Site Ranking Report
Hi guys, My site ranking report says that I've gone from being 1-20 for a variety of keywords in Google UK to not in the top 50. When I do a search myself I see that my site remains where it previously was (between 1-20). How reliable is the site ranking reporting on a weekly basis? Is it best to look at it monthly?
