Adwords Keyword Research - Simplifying Process

So far here's my algorithm:
I will make an excel spreadsheet with all of our currently optimized keywords (about 300 I believe) I will grab all the keywords possible out of the adwords keyword tool I will merge the adwords keyword tool keywords with the 300 on the excel spreadsheet and erase the duplicates. I'll drop what's left over in exact match into a google adwords campaign I'll then use the + modifier with brand names and with two word keywords such as +brand +keywords +here Will this algorithm find all of the keywords, or am I missing something?

And consider using negative keywords, such as free, used, sucks, giveaway, refund, recall, etc. What type of people do you NOT want to show your ad to?

If you put in the more common matches people use, like in your example if you included "swiffer sweeper", that keyword would likely get a higher quality score than just "swiffer", so you'll get a better ad position, cheaper clicks, and higher impression share when people search using that query. So it still makes sense to build out a keyword list for a branded campaign, but including your brand term on its own as a phrase match like you gave above is still a good idea.

Just to make sure I understand what I've been reading right, if I want to cover all of the keywords with the brand name, for example, 'swiffer' in it, I would use phrase match:
"swiffer"

You'll want to group the keywords into different campaigns, and within those campaigns, different ad groups. It's important to group similar keywords into their own ad groups, so that you can have those keywords trigger relevant ad copy. Similar ad groups then should be grouped into campaigns.
For example, your branded keywords you'll want to keep in their own campaign, so you can easily see at a glance how your branded campaign is doing. For some of my branded terms, I like to have dynamic keyword insertion ads, so I have one ad group that covers that. For searches that misspell my company name, I have another ad group. For branded, I've found it works pretty well on mobile and tablets, even if you don't have a mobile optimized site. Device targeting is a campaign level setting, so you could change that just for your branded campaign without any issues.
I'm not sure what you're describing with your brand names using the "+" broad match modifier. Your keyword in your example would be "+brand +kw1+kw2"?
Keywords are always coming and going, so no algorithm is going to find all the keywords. What you have sounds like a good start though, and as you review reporting as time progresses, you'll find new opportunities, as well as new negative keywords.

When I checked everything is above average like 1>Ad relevance 2> Landing Page Experience 3> Expected click through rate.to If everything is above average what to improve to get quality score 10/10?? What is the best way to update Adwords final URLs if I'm moving to a new CMS?
Hi there - One of my clients is redeveloping its website. That means, the domain is remaining the same, but the whole site is being rebuilt in wordpress so all the adwords final URLs need to change OR be redirected. There are 550 live adgroups and 3400 ads. We haven't set up tracking. I can't find anywhere what the best thing to do is in this case. The key issues seem to be: 1. 301 redirects - given we have to do these anyway as part of migration, this seems to be the easiest path as Google is ok about redirects as long as they don't go to a different domain. From what I'm hearing, you don't get adversely impacted in terms of quality score etc. This has the huge advantage that you don't have to edit the ad therefore no loss of statistical history or risk of downtime whilst you wait for approval. HOWEVER, there is some concern that if you then redirected again IN THE FUTURE, the redirect might not work (in some browsers) or cause a loop. I'm also concerned that it's messy to leave it like that (ie: with the wrong URLs throughout). 2. Buik updating ads - I don't think this is an option as if you bulk download and then reupload, Google will see this as a new ad, and delete all the statistical history - I'm also concerned that that WOULD impact quality score as you'd be starting from scratch! 3. Changing each ad individually - as far as I understand you'd have to create copies of all the ads (so that you keep the history of the old ones) and effectively create new ones with the correct URL - one by one. You end up with a messy account (a lot of paused ads) but you keep the history? This is obviously the most time consuming and I can't see a way of avoiding ads having to go in for approval again, given the urls are all different, so you'd have to do this a an ad level, not an adgroup/campaign level etc. People redevelop their websites (without changing domains) all the time. It seems strange that no one is mentioning this problem! Any ideas?! Many thanks

Session and conversion data missing from AdWords campaigns in Analytics
Hi all, For a client of ours, we're not seeing session & conversion data for AdWords campaigns in Analytics. We are seeing click & cost data. Adwords and Analytics are linked and autotagging is enabled. The site where we're experiencing this problem is www.maxifleur-plantes-artificielles.fr. It's a Magento-based store with the Web Cooking Universal Analytics extension installed. The bulk of AdWords traffic is landing on the page www.maxifleur-plantes-artificielles.fr/plantes-artificielles, which has no active redirects that could remove the ?gclid parameter for as far as I can tell. Yet, click IDs that I manually tested won't show up in the reports either. Mid April, all traffic aside from direct traffic just disappeared from the reports. Google's Tag Assistant gives a lot of errors, but in the source code the snippet looks just fine and we don't have problems with other web shops that use the aforementioned extension. Suggestions as to what could be the problem are most welcome. Thanks! Bas

Name of Reliable, Cost Effective Service for Setting Up Adwords??
Could anyone suggest a reasonably priced service for setting up an Adwords campaign? My monthly advertising budget is no more than $2,000 and the objective to target Google Adwords and Yahoo/Bing. There are companies providing this service but they seem to require fees of $750 to $1,000 per month for their services for a six month commitment and a mimimum advertising spend of $5,000 per month. Certain tools like Wordstream are available for around $300 per month, but I am not sure how much value they add, if in fact they facilitate the process. Also, I am not sure if advertising spend is completely wasted unless I create special landing pages just for PPC. My category, commercial real estate in New York City is very competitive with keywords ranging form $5-$15.00 click. I would greatly appreciate some advice regarding PPC. Thanks, Alan

Adding Coremetrics Tags with Google Adwords
Hello, I would like to know if it's possible to add Coremetrics tracking tags in Google Adwords while the auto tagging functionnality is on. Right keywords for Design/Development Company.
Hello There. I was doing research on getting keywords that are likely to generate leads and later to customers for a new website design and website development company in India. The search volume for india wasnt pleasing for me i couldnt find the keywords that felt they would be a great choice for the client. Additionally when i tried to target the location specific keywords like website design company in ahmedabad - It felt more like people are searching for job and stuff through google instead of hiring them. So i need a little help here guys.
