Problem with connection to Analytics Account
-
Hey Boys & Girls,
I'd just like to say Hi, currently loving the site and the feedback that i'm now able to receive.
Just a quick question, signed up last Wednesday and connected my Analytics account.
So far, it has had a problem atleast 4 times where i've had to disconnect and re-connect it to my campaign which then erase's the data that it has received.
Is this a common problem or am i doing something incorrectly?
Thanks Guys!!

Thanks for your help!

I don't think you will as all this data is pulled out from your Analytics account so once re-connected it should get your data back on display - that's what happened when I did it.
-
Thanks for your reply Sebastian, but if I diconnect from Analytics I don't lose my historical traffic data, do I?

I had the same / similar problem until yesterday it was displaying the following message:
"It appears there's a problem with our connection to your Google Analytics account. Please go to your Settings page to update your connection."
But after disconnecting and then re-connecting I got the problem solved.
Not sure if the problem was with me upgrading to the new version of Analytics, but it did seem to work - although it looks like it doesn't seem to help your case from what you've explained.

I have some troubles with the SEOMoz dashboard not accessing my google Analytics account too.

Hi Harald,
I don't think i made myself clear in my description.
The problem lies with the SEOMoz dashboard.
For some reason, it keeps having problems accessing my analytics account and i've had to disconnect it and reconnect it atleast 4 times since last week.
I was asking if this is something that i was causing?
Thanks Harald!

Hi Colin, I think that this problem is might of connection problem. I would recommend you to refer through this link Google Analytics.
If you again cause this problem then Reconnect Your Google Analytics..
I hope that your query had been solved.

How many times have you reauthorized your facebook account for Moz analytics?
I have hardly any facebook data, because Moz constantly needs me to reauthorize it. It's extremely annoying, but I wanted to make sure this is a Moz error and not a user error. Is it just me or do other people have to keep doing this as well? Thanks, Ruben

Since July 1, we've had a HUGE jump in errors on our weekly crawl. We don't think anything has changed on our website. Has MOZ changed something that would account for a large leap in duplicate content and duplicate title errors?
Our error report went from 1,900 to 18,000 in one swoop, starting right around the first of July. The errors are duplicate content and duplicate title, as if it does not see our 301 redirects. Any insights?

Difference in MozPoints between My Account and Q&A forum
I noticed that there is a big difference between the mozpoints showing in my account and the mozpoint showing in the Q&A section of the website. My Account shows me that I now have: 262 Mozpoints. When i look at my Q&A total is says: 303 mozpoints. There is a big hole between the two. How is this possible and which of the 2 numbers is correct?

OSE Problems
I'm experiencing severe delays trying to export OSE data into CSV over the past couple of days. Relatively small reports I ran 2 days ago are still pending! Has anyone else noticed this? Also my campaign rankings have not updated since 24th April - anyone else? Logged with Moz Helpdesk but no reply as yet...

Move campaigns to other account
Hi, We would like to move some accounts from this one, to their own separate accounts. How is this done best so we don't lose the campaign history you've accumulated so far? Thank you in advance. BR

Potential site architecture problem.
We are experiencing a problem in which category pages do not appear to be passing Page Authority to subcategory pages. See the example below: Home page has PA of 47 http://www.minespress.com/ The next level category page down has a PA of 34 http://www.minespress.com/category/apparel The next sub category down has PA of 1, and shows no links at all in spite of the fact that we got to it from a category link http://www.minespress.com/category/golf-shirts The page in question is crawlable, is indexed and has nothing that we can see that would be prevent it from showing Page Authority and a link profile using your tools. Do we have a site architecture problem?
