Can't find backlinks shown in report.

I ran an advanced report to show me all the backlinks pointing to a domain. When I go to many of the domains listed, I can't find the link. I've searched the pages by anchor text in the browser and nothing comes up. Anyone know why this would be?

I found a link to the page on the site: http://www.articlesezines.com/getting-new-cushions-heres-how-to-measure-your-furniture-properly/
anchor text is "measure your furniture"
I used the site's Search box and looked for "measure your furniture" with the quotation marks. Only one result appeared and it has the link to your site.

In order to be helpful I would need to know the domain of your site which these links are pointing to.

There are many possibilities.

the links may have been removed for various reasons

the links may still exist on the site but be located on another page. For example if you have a link which shows ?page=4 and then more comments or info is added, the link may move to a different page.

the link may exist on the page in such a manner where crawlers see it but your eyes do not. Try right-clicking on the page and choosing View Page Source and then searching for the anchor text.

try using the site's Search function for the anchor text

try performing a google site: search for the anchor text on the given site

perhaps it is not anchor text but an image alt text?
Those are the main issues I can think of off the top of my head.

When Should I Ignore Moz's Report Canonical Missing?
I'm dealing with an eCommerce website which has a category, subcategory, products. Moz is showing all of these and the individual products as missing a canonical. The site is very thin on content at the moment, but all the pages are clearly different, and I don't see why they need a canonical unless this is some rule that eCommerce sites have to follow. Should I ignore Moz's missing canonical report? My understanding is if the product appears in multiple categories, then a canonical should be put in place to the product. Any advice would be appreciated. Christina

Different Report Branding for each campaign
Quick Q: Do Pro Plus/Elite memberships allow you to setup different report branding for each campaign? Say for example I wanted one campaign to be branded with the logos of an agency I was doing work for and another to have my logos on. Or is there just a single general branding option that covers all campaigns? Thanks.

How do you explain this in this Keyword Difficulty Report?
Hello here, I am trying to understand how my site virtualsheetmusic.com can better compete for the keyword "sheet music download" where we used to be 3rd until a few months ago, and now we are at the 5th spot. But here is my specific question: I can't find an explanation why two of our competitors are ranked before us at the 3rd and 4th spot. Please, look at the attached image (very wide) which shows the Keyword Difficulty Report for this keyword. You can also download a PDF of it here below: http://www.virtualsheetmusic.com/storage/keyword-sheet-music-download.pdf We are at the 5th spot, and the two competitors highlighted in pink are the ones I am talking about: I am trying to understand why they are ranking better than us, despite our metrics look much better than theirs. In fact, if I look at the metrics in the report, I can't find an explanation to justify their outrank against us, so there must be something else that the report is missing. False Pro reporting of duplicate titles
I am testing Pro. About 250 pages of content at my website. Pro says ALL of my pages have duplicate titles., but when I click on details, they display as unique titles. Ie: first page of results of Pro is as follows. While the content of my website is on one major topic the title meta tags are NOT identical. Is this an issue with Pro, or is Pro looking at something other than the title meta tags? Please advise ? SEOmoz report vs. Google's Algo
Hello, I got an SEOmoz Report for one of our clients and the report is showing these pages and many more others as duplicate page content. Thing is the page content is not duplicate however there is very little data differentiating the contents. Why can't I change the domain being tracked in my campaign?
Apologies if this has already been answered a million times and/or if I'm posting this in the wrong place... I did look, but couldn't find the answer anywhere... I just realized that all this time I have been tracking www.mydomain.com in my campaign for a long time now, while I should probably have been tracking *.mydomain.com. I wanted to change this, but it looks like I can't. If I have to set up a whole new campaign, with all of the same keywords, competitive sites to track, etc., that will take forever. Why can't I just change it so that my campaign starts tracking *.mydomain.com instead of www.mydomain.com from now on? Thank you!

Urgent: Campaign set up 'Select Competitors' errors
Hi. Im setting up my first campaign and Im having issues with step 3: 'Select your competitors to track'.
