There are a few different tools I've found helpful to find out what's trending on Twitter, namely:

http://www.twee.co/ - what's trending now on Twitter

http://www.topsy.com - more trend information

Another new one I've found helpful for trends throughout the USA and world is http://trendsmap.com/

Google webmaster tools showing "no data available" for links to site, why?

In my google webmaster account I'm seeing all the data in other categories except links to my site. When I click links to my site I get a "no data available" message. Does anyone know why this is happening? And if so, what to do to fix it? Thanks.

Webmaster tools 404

Hey, I'm getting a soft 404 error on a webpage that has content and is deferentially not a 404. We've redirect a load of urls to the web page. The url has parameters which was used before the redirect but are no longer used on by the new url, these parameters have been carried over in the redirect. Is this whats causing the soft 404 error or is there another problem that may need addressing? Also a canonical has been set on the webpage. Thanks, Luke.

Help Me find a Great Seo for my Budget!

I am looking for a Good SEO for my tech news site and would like your help in recommending a good SEO that will fit in my budget of 300-500 per month.I have contacted many firms in the Moz directory of recommended firms but found they are out of my monthly price range.Google search for a decent SEO can be scary with so many so called SEO companies.I would like to work with a experienced SEO individual who can come up with a great plan for our site and also implement them.We just had a SEO forensic audit done with Alan Blieweiss and implemented his suggestions and are now looking for someone to work with long term for the rest of our SEO needs.I understand that I cannot afford the top SEO firms or industry leaders but with your help and suggestions I am sure we can afford and find a great SEO. Should I remove 404 urls in webmaster tools?

I've recently removed a lot of category pages so should I remove the urls in webmaster tools or let them drop out of the index naturally?

Rankings dropped off a cliff. Webmaster tools message: No manual spam actions found. Now what?

A week ago my rankings for http://www.top-10-dating-reviews.com (some adult content) dropped and I'm now getting now impressions. I submitted a reconsideration request as I was sure I hadn't violated any rules and today the reply was that no manual spam actions were found. Te email goes onto say there are a variety of other things that could affect rankings such as site architecture, not being able to crawl and algo changes. As far as I'm aware all these issues are fine. I'm not aware of any algo updates last weekend. my question is what can I do now? I need to get my rankings back but there's nothing wrong with my site or practices.

Should i remove sitemap from the mainsite at a webshop (footer link) and only submit .XML in Webmaster tools?

Case: Webshop with over 2000 products. I want to make a logical sitemap for Google to follow. What is best practice at this field? Should i remove the on-page sitemap there is in html with links (is shown as a footer link called "sitemap") and only have the domain.com/sitemap.xml ? Links for great articles about making sitemaps are appreciated to. The system is Magento, if that changes anything.

Finding specific name to send email to: Broken Link Building

Hello, I am doing BLB (broken link buidling). I have sites to send emails to for a backlink, but what are all the tricks you know in finding the name of who to contact at these websites?
