Ranking History - different to my actual

Hi
Little confused with the ranking report on a campaign. www.google.co.uk I am position 1 for "web development company". On the ranking report I am not in the top50. Last update was on the 18th Jan.
How current is the ranking report as my other ranking software (Rank Tracker) is a little more upto date?

Thanks for the question. Your rankings do look accurate in my searches. To touch on Gordon and Matt's points, It's generally best practice to set the campaign domain off of what you're ranking for. In your case, you're ranking for your sub (www) and have the campaign set for sub so you're ok there. Also, there are many factors generally in play for search results. You'll want to set a browser in incognito or privacy mode when you're conducting searches for comparative purposes. You usually won't see an exact match in ranking data since we update once a week vs once a day or more for the engines, but you'll usually be within a couple spots of our report.

Is that a signed out, no cookies search giving you #1?
As I've just searched Google UK and can't find you in the first 10 pages, so it seems the ranking report is about right.
If you were ranking and have suddenly dropped, how's your link profile? Amy messages in Webmaster tools?

I am pretty new to the tools, so it could be my lack of understanding. However its set to my root domain. I know that it went to P1 on or around the 15th Jan the campaign shows last update 18th. So could the results be a week old?

Is this a new problem or has it only just arisen? Was it tracking correctly over the past couple of weeks.
If this is a new campaign then in could be that you are tracking your subdomain and not the root domain in your campaign... worth a check. If it is wrong, you'll need to tear it down and start again.

Very different PA for 2 versions of the same domain homepage - how to fix pls?
Hi Mozzers, I have a newish website and have been monitoring the DA and PA. http://www.domain.com has a PA of just 21 http://domain.com has a PA of 32. Both have completely different backlinks showing up. Id really like the PA of 31 as the h.page isn't ranking at all yet. ANy advice on this would be great thank you. Duplicate Page Content on pages that appear to be different?
Hi Everyone! My name's Ross, and I work at CHARGED.fm. I worked with Luke, who has asked quite a few questions here, but he has since moved on to a new adventure. So I am trying to step into his role. I am very much a beginner in SEO, so I'm trying to learn a lot of this on the fly, and bear with me if this is something simple. In our latest MOZ Crawl, over 28K high priority issues were detected, and they are all Duplicate Page Content issues. However, when looking at the issues laid out, the examples that it gives for "Duplicate URLs" under each individual issue appear to be completely different pages. They have different page titles, different descriptions, etc. Here's an example. For "LPGA Tickets", it is giving 19 Duplicate URLs. Here are a couple it lists when you expand those:

http://www.charged.fm/mickey-thomas-tickets Internally, one reason we thought this might be happening is that even though the pages themselves are different, the structure is completely similar, especially if there are no events listed or if there isn't any content in the News/About sections. We are going to try and noindex pages that don't have events/new content on them as a temporary fix, but is there possibly a different underlying issue somewhere that would cause all of these duplicate page content issues to begin appearing? Seems like Wordpress has a ton of possibility and is much cheaper - but I don't want to do all that work if it is not as strong for SEO purposes - I like to use CMS made simple typically because it is exactly what it claims: simple Advise me please - and then let me know who you think might be able to help me build the best professional site? company or individual? thanks ben

Ranking report and language
Unfortunately I noticed a huge problem in rank tracker amd ranking report. My site is in italian and I configurate the ranking report using google italy. The problem is that the ranking is related to www.google.it but using a browser set with english language!! Infact for a specific keyword the ranking position is 8 (using english) and 12 (using italian). This is a huge problem for me and makes useless any report! F

Adding new categories to my website and getting them ranked
Hi, I currently run a website and have added a couple of new categories lately. The website is Planes Trains Automobiles Co UK. For example I want to add "Planes for sale" as a new category. What is the best way to go about this? Will each aircraft added add content therefore ranking? I don't want to approach an SEO company yet as the service would be free for the time being? Thanks

How do I retrieve crawl and ranking data about a site from the past?
Hey. One of my main clients has asked to see the crawl data and rankings data for the past eight months. He wants to have tangible evidence of the effects of Penguin. I would like that info too. Is it possible to retrieve that information on a weekly crawl and ranking basis through SEO Moz and if so, how do you do it? What is the difference between the link count on OSE and Linkscape?
We notice a huge difference in the number of inbound links . Site explore shows 1,200 as an example and linkscape shows over 100,000 for the same site.
