My homepage is not getting indexed by google for some reason

My homepage http://www.truebluelifeinsurance.com is not indexed by google. The rest of my site is indexed. The hompage is indexed by bing. I looked in the webmaster tools and there is no indication why. I believe the issue started when I did a site re-design in August. Any ideas?

Rel="canonical" tag is implemented in my product pages, but still getting canoncal error for products in Moz. What is the problem? me or MOZ?

I have included the rel="canonical" tag in all my product pages, but still getting canonical error in MOZ reports for more than 6 month ! I would like to know if my code is wrong or the MOZ report system is not working properly. Is there a way to get the domain authority of a subdomain?

For example, www.storage-mart.com and us.storage-mart.com both show the same DA in OSE. I believe it's the DA of the root domain. How can I compare the DA of the 'www' and 'us' subdomains?

I get 401 Your authentication failed, my application has worked for 2 years.

I have an old link request application which i have restarted. I have regenerated the api key, however i get 401 Your authentication failed on request. The test signature works and returns my account no. Here is my request: http://lsapi.seomoz.com/linkscape/links/www.screwfix.com%2F?AccessID=member-12345678&Expires=1357316478&Signature=12345678910&Scope=page_to_subdomain&Sort=page_authority&SourceCols=133982846973 I have replaced my memberID and signature with dummy data to protect my credentials. Is my request string correct? Also where can i get the expiry parameter?

Getting rid of duplicate content

Hi everyone, I'm a newbie and at the moment don't know very much about SEO. I have a problem with some of my campaigns where i keep getting a report with either Duplicate Page and/or Duplicate Content errors. Is there a way to get the SEO campaign crawl to run from outside the US?

We are working on a international site that uses IP redirection. I am currently trying to crawl and monitor the Australian version of the site, however the pro-campaign crawler is running from the US and only giving me US data. Is there a way to tell the crawler to run through a local proxy so we can track international versions? Thanks!
