SEO Audit Strategy For A Complex Website?

I am looking for a list of SEO audit tools and strategies for a complex website. The things I am looking for include (but not limited to):
- finding all the subdomains of the website
- listing all the 301's, 302's, 404's, etc
- finding current canonical tags
- suggesting canonical tags for certain links
- listing / finding all current rel=nofollow's on the website
- listing internal links which use & don't use 'www.'
- finding duplicate content on additional domains owned by this website
I know how to find some of the items above, but not sure if my methods are optimal and/or the most accurate.

Redirecting Old Websites to New Websites
Hi Everyone, We are about to take down a number of websites in favour of a new singular B2B hub and would be looking to redirect all of these sites to the new home. For SEO purposes, what would be the best way to do this? Due to the difference in setups and scale of the site, it would be difficult to correctly match up each page to page between the sites for individual 301 redirects. E-Commerce SEO
Dear SeoMoz fans, I'm really glad to be a part of the community. Just have a quick question. I run a marketplace similar to eBay where users sell the products. I would like some suggestions on how to effectively proceed with SEO for an ecommerce marketplace of this type. Should I be proceed developing product review or product comparison landing pages and build links towards them as often suggested or should I consider alternative marketing methods? Local SEO for franchises
I have a client who franchises an ice cream shop. It started in Utah and there are several stores there. They are ranking well for local searches based in Utah. Now they have opened a store in Federal Way, WA. How can I get the new location to rank for local keywords on the same website?
