Why aren't social interactions showing any data? It was last week, but now displays nothing? Anyone know why this is?

As I look through the various accounts I work on I can no longer see any data from the social interaction on Facebook or Twitter.
This now means that no data is displayed about growth rate etc.
Does anyone know why this is?

I am also seeing social interactions as blank, but my growth rate data is showing as normal.
Obviously something happening with the tool.
Best thing to do in a situation like this where you have a problem with campaign data is to email the SEOmoz Help Team direct help @ seomoz.org. by clicking the "Help" link at the top right of this page to discover the swanky new SEOmoz Help Hub!
Make sure you give them a list of campaign numbers affected (u can see the campaign number in the URL when inside a campaign).
I'll be doing the same for my own campaigns.

Should we add a weekly updated website blog (annotated re-postings) that mirrors our LinkedIn updates?.
We currently add original content to our website every couple of months in the form of long form articles we have guest authored for other reputable sites. We also maintain a LinkedIn company site with weekly updates in the form of annotated newsworthy re-postings. We are thinking of duplicating our LinkedIn update feed on our website as a blog in order to build more traffic and improve SEO. Hopefully the additional frequency of site updates will also help. Again, this additional content will be largely re purposed, with the exception of our value-added annotations. Good idea? Waste of time? Suggested tweaks? Should we link back to the original content source, no-follow, or no link?

Social media unclarities
Dear community, I've tried to find the answer in the Q&A but without any succes. www.facebook.com/onlinedesignmeubel.nl is our facebook page for our webshop. We have 563 likes, but in opensiteexplorer we only have 1 FB like. It is most likely an easy question, but i couldn't find the answer. My question is how the opensiteexplorer only found 1 like? How does this work exactly? Best regards, Martin

Implementing Pinterest On Site and Social Snippets
Hi can someone confirm, does Pinterest use Open Graph Protocol? If you use the Pinterest Widget builder - http://business.pinterest.com/widget-builder/#do_pin_it_button Will the image you place in the widget replace the image Pinterest selects if it does use the Open Graph Protocol? The site already uses Open Graph Protocol for Facebook and Google+. It also uses Twitter cards for twitter. It would be good if we don't need to add more html (such as from the Pinterest widget builder) for Pinterest. -- Matt

Quick Fire Social Academy
Has anyone heard of Quick Fire Social Academy?? (http://quickfiresocial.com) My boss just signed up for it and wants me to check it out. This the claim their website makes: "In 5 Minutes A Week Or Less You Can Setup A Full Social Media Campaign That's Full Of Red Hot Viral Content !" I went to their Facebook page https://www.facebook.com/QuickFireSocial. They only have 7 likes and the page was just created in January of this year, AND I see no Red Hot content on their site. So, I have a few concerns. Is anybody using them? How are the results?

Problems with Google Analytics social tracking
Hi folks, Any GA experts out there available to help with a social tracking problem we've got? In short a client is using a ShareThis plugin, but the data we're seeing in GA doesn't correlate at all with the share counts showing on the plugin. Huge discrepancies in fact. Do social media buttons work better "within" a website or "outside" of a website?
Websites like techcrunch.com include the social media buttons (+1, FB like, linkedin etc.) to the left of their articles so they seem to float outside of the content. Some even let the social media buttons wander while scrolling, so that they are always visible (e.g. here: http://www.kirstenwinkler.com/news-from-palabea-and-how-to-prepare-kids-for-tomorrow/). The "traditional" way has been to include the buttons within the content, e.g. on top of the article or on the right hand side. I was wondering which alternative has the largest impact. Intuitively "outside" of the content should be more visible as it "breaks" with the website design. Has anyone done an empirical test which version gets more clicks?

Does anyone have any recommendations for Q&A widgets that can integrate into my ecommerce site?
I am managing an ecommerce site with over 1000 SKUs. Does anyone know of any Q&A widgets we can add to our site for individual products where customers ask questions and moderator can answer them? FYI I'm looking for something similar to Golfsmith.com, which has a great tool q&a tool.
