Harika,
The Product Support section is specifically for questions regarding Moz Products, including Moz Analytics. To ask questions about your own website and ranking (and not questions specifically about Moz products), you're going to need to take a free trial of Moz Analytics and ask the question in the main Q&A section.
We do have a lot of current information about learning SEO available at http://moz.com/learn/seo that can also help.

It's going to be fairly difficult without knowing more about the site, but I can certainly understand if you don't have permission to give out details. Here are a few things I'd check first:
Log into Google Webmaster Tools and see if there are any notices from Google. Has Google had trouble accessing your site because of a server outage? Is the robots.txt blocking important content? Is there a warning about unnatural links? Is there any issue with crawling your content? Do the same with Bing webmaster tools.
Is your content unique, or does it appear in many different places on the web?
Have you started a Moz Analytics campaign for this site, and looked at any crawl problems we might have identified?

Hi Keri Morgret,
Thanks for your response, actually we don't have permissions to give our website details, but our company related to Scientific Journals Online Publication & Conferences Organizer. We have done Off-page works like Social Book Marking,Ad-Posting,Directory Submission, Article Submission,Press Release etc., but we didn't found any constructive changes. So, give me your valuable suggestions.

Hello Harika,
Could you give the community a few more details so we can better help you? Is it just one keyword, or several keywords? Can you share your keyword and website with us? What kind of off-page work were you doing?

Site with 2 domains - 1 domain SEO opimised & 1 is not. How best to handle crawlers?
Situation: I have a dual domain site:
Getting Started | | DGAU
Domain 1 - www.domain.com is SEO optimised with product pages and should of course be indexed.
Domain 2 - secure.domain.com is not SEO optimised and simply has checkout and payment gateway pages. I've discovered that Moz automatically crawls Domain 2 - the secure.domain.com site and consequently picks up hundreds of errors.
I have put an end to this by adding a robots.txt to stop rogerbot and dotbot (mozs crawlers) from crawling domain 2. This fixes my errors in Moz reports however after doing more research into 'Crawler Control' I figure this might be the best option. My Question: Instead of using robots.txt to stop moz from crawing all of Domain 2 should I use on each page of domain 2? I believe this would then allow moz and google to crawl Domain 2 but also tell them both not to index it.
My understanding is that this would be best, and might even help my overall SEO by telling google not to give any SEO value to the Domain 2 pages?0 -
Moz Pro for simple local seo status reporting
I have a new client on a small budget with a local yoga studio. There's been no SEO work on this site so far, so, after the basics, I plan to work through the items on this list: https://moz.com/blog/top-20-local-search-ranking-factors-an-illustrated-guide I'm a new Moz Pro user and am looking for advice on how to use Moz Pro tools with my client to review progress over time...a simple checklist of reports/metrics to share and track, and to use in weekly status reports. Or, in other words, how can I configure and use Moz Pro tools for basic progress tracking? This is not a sophisticated, SEO-savvy client, so I want to keep things very simple. Thanks for any ideas or pointers. Dave

Hi, I'm looking to find out why a google+ account that was rarely used has 10,000 views. I want to discover what sites it is linked to. I entered the page url but no joy. can anyone help?
I would like to find out where all this traffic is coming from. It is most likely from an out of date sales site etc, but it's important to find out as it could be the result of hacking etc. It appears the page is linked to another site and I would like to find out which one(s) Entering the page url is not getting results, can anyone help?

Duplicate page titles reported on same links
Moz is reporting duplicate titles on my clients website, citing different versions of the same link, one without dubs as domain.com/link and the other with dubs as www.domain.com/link. for example ... duplicate title = Warranty Requests For Custom New Home Construction in Jacksonville
Getting Started | | ElykInnovation
http://myhjhome.com/new-home-construction-warranty-request.html
http://www.myhjhome.com/new-home-construction-warranty-request.htmlthe links are the same, one is just with www and the other is without. in another example ... Moz reports 5 duplicate titles on the Home page, citing 5 different URLs that all load the same home page ...
duplicate title = Jacksonville Custom Home Builder, Quality Construction On Your Lot
http://myhjhome.com
http://myhjhome.com/
http://myhjhome.com/index.php
http://www.myhjhome.com/
http://www.myhjhome.com/index.php is this just something that's always going to be reported as a duplicate title or is there a way for me to change the website so Moz doesnt report a duplicate title on the same page (since there really isnt a duplicate title in these examples)?0 -
Page appearing multiple times in Warnings report
In reviewing my Moz warnings report, one page is appearing multiple times because the title is longer than recommended. Is this a bug in Moz? The page is appearing with a number of different URLs, despite there being a rel="canonical" tag. The page's canonical URL is: http://betablog.org/wishing-and-hoping-and-praying/ And in the warnings report I'm seeing variations like this: http://betablog.org/wishing-and-hoping-and-praying/?replytocom=26539 which are clearly links from the comments section.
