Rank Checker and Keyword Difficulty

This is the only time I have seen this but the rank checker shows a keyword ranking #2 but the keyword difficulty tool does show the url ranking anywhere on the first page.
I have some ideas as to why this may be happening but I am wondering if anyone actually knows??

Thank but I am curious as to why it would rank in rank checker at #2 but not show up on the first page of results in the keyword difficulty tool.

I see it on the 4th result. Using Chrome in India. Take note that the results may vary with location and browser.

I get this on every product, but i have put the keyword in the H1 tag makes now sense
Why it's an issue:Although using targeted keywords in H1 tags on your page does not directly correlate to high rankings, it does appear to provide some slight value. Tracked Ranking Keywords in Campaign and Ranking Keywords in Keyword Explorer are coming up with very different results - does anybody know why?
We have a campaign set up that is tracking keywords with varying monthly volumes and the website is ranking for them. I have gone into the new Keyword Explorer Feature (looks great!) and I have tested it by putting in the root domain address mentioned above. My problem is that none of the keywords that I am tracking and ranking for are appearing in the "ranking keywords" report in Keyword Explorer. Does anybody know why this might be happening?

Inaccurate results in MOZ Rank Tracker
Hello, We recently ran a test on Rank Tracker and got a result indicating that the page in question was in position #17. We did a manual check on a Google USA SERP for the query, and found that we weren't in results where the tool had indicated. Does anyone have any ideas on what might be causing this discrepancy? Why do my search results differ from MOZ's rank tracker
This is starting to happen a lot, i mean they weren't always an exact match but they differed by a few places. But now the gap between results I'm getting and MOZ's own rank tracker is quite large. For my keyword my page ranks on MOZ at 39 (it was 25 but has slipped down). Im seeing my page on page 1 locally and page 2 in incognito mode. Now I understand there are other factors such as browser history, cookies, am i logged into gmail etc. Thats why I asked colleagues to use Internet explorer and they have nothing to do with SEO so their history wont affect the search. They report seeing it on page 2, even colleagues in a different office in a different city sees it on page 2. I want to contact the department in question and share the good news that they've gone from none existent to 14th in what is a very competitive area. But MOZ's result has be second guessing whether I should. Any ideas why the gap between results is so large? Thanks

On Page Grader Returning Large # of Keywords
When using the on-page grader the results show the below for a page with a specific keyword in the body only 5 times : We found this keyword used 1100 times. Any Idea why this would be showing such a high number? The keywords are in Thai language but there is a space before and after the keyword. Thanks.

Is there any tool that checks the rankings at any time I want?
My problem is that in Moz when I check ranking it shows me only on a weekly basis. Acording to MOZ I was on rank 11 yesterday. This is not what my SEO guy has sent me in his report. And usually he is right. Would be nice to have a ranking report for each day. What is the sense of a ranking tool if I don't know what happened between 2 ranking dates? How can I check that? Is there any rank history tool? Or a tool that will check in real time. The way I do it sometimes is to go on google.com/ncr to see the us version of google because I am in Europe. Rank tracker does not work for me at the moment. Get ranking button is inactive. My old keyword list has not been imported from SEOMOZ
