Is it possible to target a keyword which is english but targeted to google.com.tr user

Hey I want to know, is it possible to target a keyword which is english, but target market .com.tr
For that purpose must we take backlink from site written english but target to turkish ?
Or site written english but target to anywhere?I know this question is a bit confusing but my boss want me to that.

Language and country targeting are two different things. There are tons of people across multiple countries that speak English. People in Turkey speak a few languages as well I would assume.
It seems like you want to take the content on your site focused to users in Turkey, but offer it in English. If you put the English content on your Turkey ccTLD, it can still rank for people searching across the world for those English terms, but it's harder depending on the topic especially if there are sites/companies in their own country targeting the same topic.

You can make a ccTLD rank as well as a gTLD, but the catch is you'll need strong signals coming from the market you want to penetrate. Let's say you wanted to market to the US off that domain. Google is going to want to see strong signals that your site is relevant in the US market (i.e. US blogs, Twitter, etc) before they rank a site they see a specific to Turkey.
As Andy mentioned, it might be much easier to get a gTLD (.com, .net, etc) and host it elsewhere. Remember, you have a benefit in that you could buy domain.com to match domain.com.tr and not have them get hit with a duplicate content penalty.

Those preferences are local to whoever is doing the searching.
Targeting Turkey with an English site, i don't thing would be a very wise idea though.
Have you thought about creating a site for this purpose? Buy a .com domain, host it in the US or UK and then SEO it for this audience?

As you know in the google, google give us choice to choose language that we want to use in google. ( I mean this https://www.google.com.tr/preferences?hl=tr&fg=1#languages )
Does it change the result If someone from Turkey choose Turkish and do a search in English.
I mean If I target to Turkey with an English written site, Did I also target all the people in Turkey no matter which language they prefer in the https://www.google.com.tr/preferences?hl=tr&fg=1#languages ?? -
For your own market, yes, this really shouldn't be an issue. To go into a global market for it, this could be something much more complicated.
So give you an example, if I search for "Bedroom Furniture" for example, I am only going to see UK results. More generic searches, I may start seeing .com results, but I can't think of an occasion where I would see another country specific TLD.

There is absolutely no reason why you can't target a page for an English phrase. That said, are you looking to target an English market, or just appear in Turkey for that phrase?

we have web page localized to multiple languages targetting different countries.
e.g. we have: domain.com/int/ ... default in english, in search console / Internation targeting / Country with Target users in "Unlisted"
domain.com/uk/ ... english for UK, Target users in "United Kingdom"
domain.com/de/ ... german content for Germany, Target users in "Germany"
... etc. Each branch (country specific) has its own sitemap.xml covering approx 50-60% of all the pages for the specific branch and for most of these pages we have set hreflang (rel="alternate") for most important product pages. There are some issues in the sitemaps we are fixing (e.g. no returning link) so my assumption is that google may not use the sitemap, therefore, hreflang is not in use (it is part of sitemap). For example, one branch can have 150 pages submitted and 30 indexed in Sitemap detail of search console. The problem is, that when for example I search for the product name from Germany (google.de and German's IP through VPN in browser's incognito mode) I'm receiving mixed results. Our product names and technology are rather english, e.g. "cloud protection" and it is also phrase German user would search for. But in SERP he gets results from our domain.com/uk and also from our domain.com/sg which is completely wrong. Is there a way to really prevent it ?

Impact of .us vs .com on SEO rankings?
Our website is hosted on www.discovered.us. I have 2 questions: 1: we have had regular feedback a .us domain is negative in SEO and in conversion (customers don't like it). We are thinking of changing domain to: www.dscvrd.com.

Hi guys, wondering if anyone could shed any light: just taken on a client who wants to rank for 'Dentist Edinburgh' - using opensightexplorer it looks as if the website has a decent amount of links and authority but it is languishing on page 5 for the above term. If you compare link metrics with some competitors which rank higher Barnton's number seem to be stronger. The site ranks well for less competitive key terms such as '6 month smiles Edinburgh' and 'teeth straightening Ediniburgh' but we are struggling with the main keyword 'dentist Edinburgh' I've checked webmaster tools and there are no manual actions, so i'm thinking its an algorithmic penalty - any help would be much appreciated. Drastic changes in keyword rankings on a daily basis
Anybody ever seen keyword rankings for a site change drastically from day to day? I've got a client, a local furniture store, whose local keywords (furniture + city) rank consistently well without much change, but when it comes to broader keyword rankings (like "furniture" or "furniture store") in their zip code, they'll go from ranking at the top of Google one day to not being ranked at all the next (at least according to Raven Tools). My best guess is that it's just a reflection of personalized results from Google, but such a dramatic change day in and day out makes me wonder.

Search Result Discrepancy: Keyword "Dresses" shows international sites in the search results of Google.co.in.
Hi All, What would be the reason that Google shows international websites in the first page results while there are huge local players available. Eg: Dresses - Keyword that shows results with almost all the results from International websites whereas the local big players in the same category are not shown. Google Structured Data Verses Yandex Structured Data Validator Query
Hi All, We have implemented Schema.org on our website and we have chosen a specific schema as opposed to just using the standard localbusiness. When we ran it through the Google Structured data tool it did not report any error , however , when we tried it on Yandex, it showed up as us having problems with the way we have tagged our addresses for our different locations so we have made additional changes to fix this. I have read somewhere that the Google Structured data tool is not 100% correct at showing any errors etc and that one should use Yandex as well for validation. I am wondering what others thoughts and if what I read should be taken as correct infomation?... I would be surprised if google did release something like the structured data validator if it wasn't as good at reporting than some others out there. thanks Pete

Main Website and microsite - Do I do google places for both as it will technically be duplicating the locations,?
Hi All, I have a main eCommerce website which trades out of a number of locations and all these locations appear in google places although they don't rank particularly well in google places . I also have a number of microsites which are specific to one type of product I do and these rank very well locally.
