What tool can be used to provide a list of links on a website that points to other websites?

For example: On a website there are items in the news listing that point to articles about a company that appear on online news sites; items that point to collateral hosted by vendors we use, etc.
What tool can be used to provide a list of these links?

You can do this on a mass scale so that you can extract all outbound links, just did it yesterday

Hi Mandy,
If I am understanding what you want to achieve, you could always try Screaming Frog Spider. When you do a crawl, it will show you all of the pages, and then you can click on a page to see links that lead from that page.
Also, you have an option of an advanced report that will show you all of the OutLinks from a site. Very useful tool.

Do links on link pages or home pages work on unrelated sites, I know if a site is unrelated and the content is related it puts a similarity in the link to helps it's worth but with just a link on a links page (5-10 other links not a directory) does this pass any power or is it a bad idea.

Are links from every page of a partners website to my website bad for seo?
I have asked a partner website to link to my website in the Menu Bar. Which has resulted in a link to my website from every page of the partners website (Over 1000 Pages). The link is not a "nofollow" link, it is a regular link. Can this have any negative effects in terms of SEO?

Can a sitewide backlink with exact anchor text penalize my website?
A few years ago, I exchanged a link with another website. In the meantime, this other website grew quite fast and now they just added a forum. The backlink from their website is sitewide and is using the anchor text "best web hosting". According to Google, this backlink now appears on 117,000 pages of the same domain. Yesterday, I just got a warning from Google: "We've detected that some of your site's pages may be using techniques that are outside Google's Webmaster Guidelines..." Could that sitewide link be one of the causes? Of course I know there are tons of bad links to my site but I'm wondering if I should get this one removed. Value of Inbound Links to Pages With a lot of Outbound Links
Suppose you have a resource page of the Top 50 Awesome Sites in your niche. Since there are about 50 outbound links, then I would think there will be less Page Rank being passed to internal pages from internal links on the resource page. Since you are getting less PR passed to internal pages, are there other ways the inbound links can be beneficial, such as increasing the diversity of links of your domain? Sites like SEO Optimise seem to create a lot of Top 30 Resources lists and I have read that they think it is a strong tactic.
