How quickly does Domain Authority and Page Authority update
-
Hi,
I think I read somewhere that domain authority and page authority are updated twice a month - is this true? The reason I ask is because I had a very successful content piece released last month (around 20th May) that received some great links (mainly to a landing page, but also many links to my home page) from highly respected sources such as Time.com, Spin.com, RollingStone.com, DailyMail.co.uk...
However, my domain authority hasn't changed at all, and the page authority for the page is only 47, which I was hoping would be higher for a page that received millions of visitors, 100k+ Facebook likes, and a wealth of sites linking in.
Also, in OpenSiteExplorer, when checking against my home page, it says there are no Just-Discovered links for the last 60 days - again, I'm puzzled, as my home page has been referenced by many leading news sites.
Many thanks

Thanks Martijn,
probably too early to have noticed any of my new links, so that's good news. Hopefully the next update will show an improvement to my domain and page authority,
Thanks
Mike

Moz was unable to crawl your site on Jun 22, 2020\. We were unable to access your site due to a page timeout on your robots.txt, which prevented us from crawling the rest of your site.
Site: www.kpmg.us Getting robots.txt timeout fail since 02/29/20. We've checked our server logs and see no errors. Went through all the steps of the "Troubleshooter". Updated robots.txt to allow rogerbot full access: User-agent: rogerbot

My company has about 70 live pages. Moz crawled 6k. Why?
My company has about 70 live, published pages on our website, which is managed through HubSpot. When Moz crawled the URL, it found 6K+. I noticed several were URLs with a campaign tag. Is this normal? It seems excessive to me. If there's a problem, how do I fix it?

612 : Page banned by error response for robots.txt
Hi all,
Link Explorer | | ME5OTU
I ran a crawl on my site https://www.drbillsukala.com.au and received the following error "612 : Page banned by error response for robots.txt." Before anyone mentions it, yes, I have been through all the other threads but they did not help me resolve this issue. I am able to view my robots.txt file in a browser https://www.drbillsukala.com.au/robots.txt.
The permissions are set to 644 on the robots.txt file so it should be accessible
My Google Search Console does not show any issues with my robots.txt file
I am running my site through StackPath CDN but I'm not inclined to think that's the culprit One thing I did find odd is that even though I put in my website with https protocol (I double checked), on the Moz spreadsheet it listed my site with http protocol. I'd welcome any feedback you might have. Thanks in advance for your help.

DA not working for a domain. Is 1 since June 2015.
Hello there, I have a problem with a domain. The Domain Authority is not changing, i think is it a BUG from Moz or something, that is because ahrefs.com was wrong indexing the domain too, cause of a server problem that I solved before. I am 100% is a technical problem, cannot be 1 for 6 month. How we can check if DA is wrong? Domain is : iuppy.ro With respect,

Updating OSE data
Hello Moz, I was wondering if anyone knows how Moz goes about updating their OSE data? I've been doing some link building that past couple of weeks, and I notice that the number of "just discovered" links will update every time I gain a new link, however, the "Linking domains" number doesn't (or maybe, rarely) update. I've checked through the "Linking domains" list to see if the link is there, but none of the links I've just recently obtained have shown up under that metric. Does anyone have any insight on this or is anyone experiencing the same issue? Thanks for reading!

Root Domain and Subdomain Links OpenSite Explorer
I'm using opensite explorer trying to explore who is linking to my clients site. In the main blue area it shows total links as 20, which I understand is to the specific page. In the Root Domain Metrics it shows 4,032 external links. Sub domain Metrics shows 1,973. How do I find out where the links are? I tried creating a advanced link report with the "Links that to" are checked off as "any page on this root domain" and only shows 91 of the links? What am I doing wrong or missing?
