Moz Local - Multiple locations - How to Add another Location

Hello, Im so new to Moz Local and currently I have 2 of my clients using the service. I'm trying to add a second location for one of my client. Can anyone give me insight...step by step on How to do this?
Please take a look at the screenshot. Also I believe it shows the second location as a duplicate?
Best Practice on how to approach this?

This is Michael on the Moz Help Team and I want to thank you for reaching out with this question. In general, you'll want to use the check listing tool to get another listing published. You access this interface from our Check Listing tool here:https://moz.com/local/search

Once you find your business, on the next page click "Improve with Moz Local."

This will take you to a page with an interface for submitting the information that is collected in the CSV. The required fields are at the top, and everything else is below. When that is complete you'll be able to purchase the listing.

Solved "Your location could not be saved"
I have several locations on MOZ Local. I haven't had any trouble before, but now when I try to update anything (on any location) I get this error "Your location could not be saved" and if I attempt to navigate off the page it reminds me that my changes won't be saved. ???? I don't see anything wrong with any entries.

Unsolved Moz Local business listing
Hello, I just signed up for Moz local, when will all of the directories promised be populated with the information I filled out in the dashboard? It is my understanding, I just fill out my profile on Moz local and all the business listing will be automatically created and updated for me. or do I need to create the account on for example Manta and Forsquare and then you will update the existing account. Please reply back to me with clear answer and instructions to my question. Thank you!

Unsolved WHY IS NO ONE AT MOZ CUSTOMER SERVICE RESPONDING??! THEY STOLE MY MONEY
AFTER MAKING PAYMENT FOR MOZ LOCAL I WAS ASKED TO CLICK THE LOCATION ID TO GET STARTED BUT IT JUST LOOPS TO THE SUBSCRIPTION PAGE. ALL BUTTONS JUST LOOP. I SENT 10 EMAILS TO MOZ AND THEY CLAIM TO RESPOND IN 24 HOURS BUT IT HAS BEEN LONGER THAN THAT! IS THIS A SCAM SERVICE AND WAS I JUST ROBBED OF MY MONEY!!! Moz Local and Apple Maps: How does the listing update work?
Hello, how are apple maps updated via Moz Local? We have a client who changed their business name within the last six months. We noticed one of the few items that has not changed to date within their Moz dashboard is the name of the business on Apple Maps. In the Accuracy grid, the only item not checked within the Apple Maps column is the business name. Does anyone know how this process works within the Moz Local portal? Is there something we can do to advance the name change on our end? Thank you.
