On-Page Grader Url is inaccessible
-
Hi everybody.
I'm trying to use on -page grader for https://www.upscaledinnerclub.com and get "Sorry, but that URL is inaccessible." Robots.txt are empty, another thread on MOZ was talking about DNS check - it's all good. So, I can't figure out why this is happening. Also I am trying the same for another website https://www.regexseo.com - the same story.
Common thing is that they both are on Google App Engine. And at first i thought that was the problem. Bu then i checked this one : https://www.logitinc.com/ and it's working, even though this website is on GAE as well.
None of these website have robots.txt or any differences in setup or settings.
Any thoughts?
-
Sweet deal! I'm glad you were able to get everything sorted out!
-
Ok, problem solved.
The issue was with ssl certificate - apparently i have missed one step of authentication when installing SSL. Usually, it's required to combine two authentication steps, but mine for whatever reason required three. I went to ssllabs.com and checked my SSL, even though it was working, the missing step has being downloaded automatically by browser. So, after reuploading correct SSLs, its all working.
-
Well, if it does, then it's not purposely and I surely haven't done it.
The thing is that i have five websites on GAE with exactly the same configs and three of them are working and two of them don't. I can't seem to find any differences anywhere.
Is there way to check if somehow I'm blocking AWS?
-
I'm sorry if I wasn't particularly clear!
I was asking if the site is blocking or restricting access to AWS in any way. Our On-Page Grader is powered by AWS, so blocking it would cause us to be unable to access the page.
-
Hi.
AWS? I'm not using anything from AWS, I'm using GAE. Or am I misunderstanding something?
-
Aloha!
Is there any chance that the site is blocking Amazon Web Services (AWS). That's usually the culprit in cases like these.

In MozBar Page Analysis under General Attributes Country is empty or wrong
Some of our clients sites have a top level domain for Mexico, but in the Mozbar they doesn't show any country, is this related to a known bug? https://www.edacom.mx/ https://www.dropbox.com/s/a8jgr7ztk1im15k/Captura de pantalla 2019-08-15 12.41.10.png?dl=0 https://www.cliento.mx/ https://www.dropbox.com/s/a8jgr7ztk1im15k/Captura de pantalla 2019-08-15 12.41.10.png?dl=0 In the search console: "International Targeting report" the target is Ok to Mexico.

Is the Content Suggestions section under Page Optimization a TF-IDF Analysis?
If you start a campaign in Moz, go to page optimization, enter a URL and keyword, and go to the bottom where it says "Content Suggestions" is that basically do a TF-IDF analysis? I want to make sure I understand how that works. Thanks!

On-Page Grader URL inaccessible when copy/pasted but not when edited
Hi!, I've looked through multiple topics on this but none quite seem to fit what's going on - hopefully someone can help! I get the error message 'Sorry, but that URL is inaccessible.' when I copy and paste a url from my site into the search e.g. http://www.orbussoftware.com/enterprise-architecture/ However if I edit this to https the search completes fine. Since we redesigned our site approx 6 months ago, we've found most of our rankings have completely dropped off, and now I'm getting this error I'm wondering if it has something to do with how our site is structured? If I'm getting this error with Moz does that mean Google could be having issues too? Or is it all just a strange quirk? Thanks!

On-page Grader API?
Hi guys, I have a massive list of keywords i want to optimise against a specific URL. I'm checking them manually with the MOZ on-page grader to determine if the keyword is optimised for the URL (Grade A score). I was wondering if there is a way to pull the scores automatically for each URL with the MOZ api? Or does anyone know of any tools which can automate this process? Cheers, Chris

Moz Crawler URL paramaters & duplicate content
Hi all, this is my first post on Moz Q&A 🙂 Questions: Does the Moz Crawler take into account rel="canonical" for search results pages with sorting / filtering URL parameters? How much time does it take for an issue to disappear from the issues list after it's been corrected? Does it come op in the next weekly report? I'm asking because the crawler is reporting 50k+ pages crawled, when in reality, this number should be closer to 1000. All pages with query parameters have the correct canonical tag pointing to the root URL, so I'm wondering whether I need to noindex the other pages for the crawler to report correct data?: Original (canonical URL): DOMAIN.COM/charters/search/mx/BS?search_location=cabo-san-lucas Filter active URL: DOMAIN.COM/charters/search/mx/BS?search_location=cabo-san-lucas&booking_date=&booking_days=1&booking_persons=1&priceFilter%5B%5D=0%2C500&includedPriceFilter%5B%5D=drinks-soft Also, if noindex is the only solution, will it impact the ranking of the pages involved? Note: Google and Bing are semi-successful in reporting index page count, each reporting around 2.5k result pages when using the site:DOMAIN.com query. The rel canonical tag was missing for a short period of time about 4 weeks ago, but since fixing the issue these pages still haven't been deindexed. Appreciate any suggestions regarding Moz Crawler & Google / Bing index count!

Multiple Page Title Elements
I have searched high and low for the source of this but just cannot find it. On-page grader gives the multiple page title elements warning, but I just can't identify where this is coming from. Can anyone, please, point me to the right direction?

Clarify "broad keyword usage in page title"
Hello Page grader has two different grades for page title that I want clarification on. There is "Broad Keyword Usage in Page Title" and "Exact Keyword Usage in Page Title". Googling around about and searching here I have found that "broad" seems to mean the keywords should be used throughout the page, rather than just in the title and header. Which makes sense as this is a kind of check to ensure the page IS about the keywords and not something unrelated. But what is meant by "broad" usage in the page title? This refers specifically to the page title and not the whole document. My best guess got me to this, given the keyword "Visit London Today"; "Come and visit London today" - exact match only "London - visit today" - broad match only "Visit London the city of dreams | visit London today" - matches both That could be complete nonsense, but basically is broad usage the use of keywords scattered in the page title? Thanks.
