Duplicate content flagged by Moz that's not actually duplicate content at all

Hi,
Moz has flagged a whole lot of pages as dupe content, but I cannot see how they qualify as such.
Not sure if I'm allowed to post actual URLs here....happy to if I can, but I feel certain that the pages are not 90% similar.Has anyone else had this experience?

I'm gonna comment again to "bump" this thread back up. Is anyone else having these issues? Moz's crawler seems to be kinda freakin' out. It'll tell us that we have duplicate content / title tags / meta description when it's simply not true. It will also say it's unable to crawl a site due to something on our end (even though it was crawling just fine the day prior) and then it will fix itself with no work on our part.

Error on duplicated content, but when checking shouldn't been possible
Dear all, Every week I look at the different crawl reports for our website, since the start of my SeoMoz membership the Errors for duplicated content and duplicated Title is rising. But if I take out the .csv file and look in more detail, and select a pages which is marked as duplicated content, a canonical is actually existing on this page. So it shouldn't be an warning, I have no idea what the issue could be. For example pagesare marked as duplicated content, <colgroup><col width="966"></colgroup>

Finding the source of duplicate content URL's
We have a website that displays a number of products. The product has variations (sizes) and unfortunately every size has its own URL (for now anyway). Needless to say, this causes duplicate content issues. (And of course, we are looking to change the URL's for our site as soon as possible) However, even though these duplicate URL's exist, you should not be able to land on them by navigating through the site. In theory, the site should always display the link to the smallest size. It seems that there is a flaw in our system somewhere, as these links are now found in our campaign here on SEOmoz. My question: is there any way to find the crawl path that lead to the URL's that shouldn't have been found, so we can locate the problem?

404 Page/Content Duplicates & its "Warning"
My website has MANY duplicate pages and content which are both derived from the MANY 404 pages on my website. While these are flagged in SEOmoz as "Warnings," should this be of concern to SEO effectiveness?

Duplicate page error from SEOmoz
SEOmoz's Crawl Diagnostics is complaining about a duplicate page error. I'm trying to use a rel=canonical but maybe I'm not doing it right.
