Moz Top Pages and Tool Bar Not Crawling Internal Pages and Links
-
Hello,
We’re having two issues with our Moz tools and we’re not sure what’s causing them and whether they are related.
- The Moz Bar isn’t highlighting some of our internal links (including navigation links).
- The Top Pages Report in Open Site Explorer is only picking up the homepage and a couple error pages (none of the internal pages). The full Crawl Report is picking up everything though.
Could a potential cause of both these issues be the Title attribute in some our links? – We use <a <="" span="">title="Example" href="link"></a>
<a <="" span="">Or is this most likely from something else blocking the crawler from accessing our links/pages?
Google Search Console does seem to be picking up the links in the navigation and everything is indexed/rendered correctly so we also didn’t know if this is something that could be issue.
Any insight or help would be appreciated.
Please let us know if there are any details we could provide that might help.
Looking forward to hearing from all of you!
Thank you in advance.
Best,</a>

Hey Ben! Dave here from the Help Team,
Its hard to say what could be going on with these links without being able to look at your website. Would you be able to write into help@moz.com with this info so we can take a deeper look?
thanks!

Time out writing responses to Moz Q&A
This is driving me crazy and making me wish to destroy everything I can reach with my hands. I like to write long curated answers to people questions on here. And evidently there's some sort of timeouts in Moz Q&A software. Because every time I answer to someone I get this fu#@!ng error message... http://imgur.com/ypVQ2hD So I go back, I lost everything and either give up or write one sentence. ypVQ2hD

Moz Crawler not Identifying all Duplicate Pages
On two recent site crawls (9/27/14 and 11/4/14) for duplicate content the Moz tool did not ID the following 2 pages, which are 100% duplicate to each other: http://www.hooksandlattice.com/planter-hampton-241212.html ; Screenshot: http://screencast.com/t/DdwWroUU http://www.hooksandlattice.com/planter-hampton-721212.html ; Screenshot: http://screencast.com/t/8Lb1cJZmGrhX As I'm working feverishly to re-write and update the site (goal is ZERO duplicates) I'm finding it challenging to use the Moz tool to get the project done. Does anyone have any feedback or help they can provide for how I can identify all duplicate pages associated with my domain? Thank you! Lindsey Pfeiffer

Using Moz to find blogger with good PR.
Hi, My manager has recently informed me that you can use Moz in order to find blogger by category and their page rank. Is this possible? The reason for this is because we are looking for blogger with a good page rank and who are relevant to our sector, which is days out, outdoor activities, zipwires, adventure etc. We then want to contact them to see if we can invite them to write about our Tree Top Adventure and zip trekking activities. Any help would be much appreciated.

Suggestion for Improving the Crawl Report on Canonicals
This came up in the answer to a question I gave here http://moz.com/community/q/canonicals-in-crawling-reports#reply_222623 Wanted to post here to put it in as a suggestion on how to improve the Moz Crawl reports Currently, the report shows FALSE if there is no canonical link on a page and TRUE if there is. IF you get a TRUE response, this shows up as a warning in your report. I currently use Canonical to Self on almost all my pages to help with some indexing issues. I currently use the EXACT function in excel to create a formula to see if my canonical link matches the URL of the page (as this is what I want it to do). I can then know that the canonical is implemented properly, or if I need to manually check pages to make sure the canonical that points to another page is correct. I would like to suggest that the Moz crawl tool does this. It can show FALSE is the canonical is missing, TRUE if the canonical is present and SELF if the canonical points to the URL of the page it is on. I think for the most part this would be much more actionable information. I would even suggest that TRUE would need to be more of a high priority alert, and SELF can't do any damage, so I would leave that info in the CSV but not have that as a warning in the web interface. Thanks for listening!

Moz bar issues? Does anyone else have them?
At times it's unbelievably slow and other times it doesn't show any link data. It's not just on my computer, it's on other office computers too. I'm using Google Chrome and have tried removing the mozbar and reinstalling from the chrome bar.
