dear if you really extend ur help to this LEVEL that someone using ur resources for 1 month for free and still seeks cancellation just day before .inspite of all this if someone still forget to cancel rather than taking advantage of it as iT WAS NOT UR mistake, your reply evokes admiration. i have hardly encountered any such empathetic response in my last 5 year transactions from any company.
I salute you , your reply shows WHAT AN highly esteemed brand MOZ is ...YOUR REPLIES ARE SO DIGNIFIED AND FOCUSSED ON WINNING HEART OF ITS CUSTOMERS
i read 3 times your reply as i could not blv someone respects its prospective customers SO MUCH THAT even if they gO , they will always spread positive word of mouth for MOZ
i don't KNOW why we dont appreciate such a considerate REPLY
being paralytic it is really difficult to type with thumb but i could not stop myself to express my admiration for going beyond most companies can never imagine . i wish we all atleast appreciate something like this when we HAVE GOT HABITUATED TO never let go any chance to criticize SOMETHING .
you earned .......RESPECT .

As Vijay mentioned, if you forgot to cancel and have been charged feel free to reach out to help@moz.com

Hi Valeria,
In addition to the explanation given by Eli, I would like to add that if you are charged at the end of the month by mistake, Moz has been fair enough to refund the full amount when you report it immediately.
Regards,
Vijay

Hey!
Thanks for contacting us!
You can cancel at any point before the end of the trial to avoid being charged. Cancellation always takes effect on the next renewal date so you'll retain access to the paid tools and data, even if you cancel on day 1.
We have a guide with a video on our Help Hub which will show you how to cancel.
Just a quick reminder that once your free trial expires your Moz Pro Campaigns will be archived and no new data will be collected. However, if you want to come back you can restore your Campaigns. We keep all your historical data for around 12 update cycles. For weekly updates, that'd be 12 weeks and 12 months for monthly updates. A couple notable exceptions would be for rankings and link histories, which we'll keep forever.
I hope this helps! Please let me know if you have any further questions about this.
Eli

I have assigned a Moz Pro seat to someone but they can't access a campaign's rankings report?
Hi there, I'm the account admin on a Moz Pro account. I have assigned a seat to a freelancer who's doing some work for me and they say they can't access a campaign's rankings report? The manage user's section shows them as having a seat license? It's been issued and accepted by them? Any ideas here? Thanks

How do I change back to a free membership?
I am no longer satisfied with paying for my "Pro" moz membership. I miss having phone support, but moz personnel have told me, "don't worry, we have chat support, and that's just as good!" So just now I tried to downgrade my membership status from "pro" to free", but now you have to fill in ALL of your credit card information, just to cancel(!) If you don't believe me, just try it. Anyway, I thought that maybe I was just not understanding how to do it, so I tried using the chat system to ask for help, and here's what happened. ================= me: How do I downgrade from my current "pro" subscription to a free subscription (if there still is such a thing as a free one)?

Just a moment... Sorry for the delay! We've got more chats than usual. If you need to run, please feel free to leave us a message and we'll get back to you soon. Thanks!
me: Pretty ironic. I am cancelling my paid subscription because you dropped phone support but you (your company) told me, "oh don't worry, chat support is just as good" ================= And, I waited for ten minutes before giving up and asking here. I hope that at least some other customer can answer this question for me. This is a perfect example of why phone support is important, chat support is ok but not always sufficcient, and why in general it's not satisifactory (to me, at least), to basically tell customers to go ask for help in the Q&A forums because the company won't budget sufficiently to provide customer support with its own personnel. Sad, too, because I've been a moz customer for over 4 years. There just isn't enough difference in value for me to continue, considering the other tools that are available now, some of which do provide satisfactory support. Thanks, for anyone who can answer my question.0
