Keyword rankings are not updating from past two weeks? Is there any issue in SEOmoz tool ?

I have added 215 keywords to my account. From past two weeks i am waiting to see the rankings, however it's not updating.

On my team we cringe when we here the words "Keywords" and "Rankings" like a kid at Hogwarts hearing "Voldemort"
I say take the time that the rankings are not showing to focus on other more productive items like ROI and coming up with new core metrics to show value.
Rankings are becoming less and less important..so take the time the future SEO Gods have bestowed on you and plan past KW rankings

Hi Sasank,
There are occasionally issues. If you notice problems, or if your historical reports aren't updating properly, I suggest you do a couple of things:
- Wait a day or two before trying to export your historical rankings reports. For some reason, the historical reports don't always update when the rankings reports do.
- If #1 doesn't work, email SEOMoz's helpdesk, Every time I've face a similar issue they've been able to re-queue my reports and get them to run properly.

Crawl test from tools
Hi, I notice that the crawl test which is from the Research Tools doesn't really get a new crawl even though there is 2 crawl per day. It will only provide the data which was acquire from the crawl diagnostics in my pro account. There is no point for me to get the data which I get from my crawl diagnostic isn't it? Even seomoz provided with more than 2 crawl per day also useless in this case. This whole thing doesn't make sense as the crawl diagnostics will only perform a full crawl test once every week. but even the crawl test also not helping any thing out for me.

Rankings Report Tool
Hi, One of my campaigns gets updated every Thursday, but the keywords ranking hasn't been updated yesterday. The last update was made on 28th February. Is there anything wrong with this tool? Thanks in advance.

Keyword Ranking weekly update didn't happen
A new campaign of mine is supposed to update its keyword rankings on Wednesdays but as of Thursday morning it didn't happen. I've got the original stats from the first few keywords I added when the campaign was set up, but nothing for the keywords that were added in the next day. Previous experience with this tool was pretty reliable so I'm just wondering if anyone is experiencing the same thing.

SEOMoz rocks, but is it breaking Google's webmaster guidelines when it comes to check rankings?
Hi all, The Google's webmaster guideline in question reads... "Don't use unauthorized computer programs to submit pages, check rankings, etc. Such programs consume computing resources and violate our Terms of Service. Google does not recommend the use of products such as WebPosition Gold™ that send automatic or programmatic queries to Google." So, when WebPosition Gold is not recommended then how come SEOMoz is acceptable to check ranks for websites belonging to SEOMoz PRO? Do Google neglects breaking of few guidelines by good boys? Thanks in advance.

Could SEOMOZ make a tool thats connected directly to Webmaster Tools?
Could SEOMOZ make a tool that Crawls Internal Links that's connected (or crawls) directly from Webmaster Tools? (So link metrics on our domains would get updates more often) This would eliminate the cost of crawling the entire internet. I hate having to wait a month to see updates on my domain metrics and links. I would like to see updates regularly on my own domain. I understand you can just look at Webmaster tools to see your latest links but they don't have any link metrics. So it’s difficult to see your best links. If this already exists please refer me? Otherwise please show your support for this being developed?

SEOmoz PRO Custom Reports Issues
This post is for all PRO members, On January 2, 2012, we found a serious bug in our custom reporting system that made it possible for some of our customers to see other customers’ custom reports. This affected less than 1% of our customers in total (.6 % to be exact). Fewer than 100 reports could potentially be viewed by another customer. We are taking this matter very seriously. 98 accounts were affected and we will be contacting those people individually via their account email addresses. If you do not receive an email from us, don’t worry - you were not affected. Soon after we discovered the problem, we completely turned off access to these reports; even though people may have been provided access previously, the access was limited to a short time period. They no longer have access to the reports whatsoever. The issue has now been resolved and all reports moving forward are functioning properly. SEOMOZ tools are not helping!
So, I have a website www.mobikwik.com which provides mobile phone topup in India. I signed up for SEOMOZ Pro membership a little less than a month ago. For all our competitors , which rank above us in google as of today , I checked out two things a) competitive link analysis and b) on-page optimization. On b) , our home page had the best optimization for targeted keywords and the best score amongst all competitors who ranked above us. On a) , linkscape tools showed our moztrust and mozrank to be the best. Except for 2 competitors, our domain authority was also better than the rest. Inspite of all this, our website is ranked no more than 6 on google for all targeted keywords. We have the best quality links amongst our competitors. I am at a loss to understand this and how to improve our ranking. I have to make a decision whether to renew my SEOMOZ membership in 2 days time. Please help me decide!
