Moz bot transforms special characters into fake 404 Pages in Reports

I have a lot of 404 links in my exported Moz Pro reports which are not actually Not Found pages when checking the Referring URL. For example:
Referring URL:
https://ofertolino.ro/oferte/barn%C3%A4ngen404:
https://ofertolino.ro/barn%C3%83%C2%A4ngenWhat happens is that the referring URL leads to a redirect (https://ofertolino.ro/barn%C3%A4ngen) but it never leads to the specified 404 Page (which has even a more weird symbol in the URL when it is url decoded) in the report.
What could be the issue here and is the Moz bot responsible for such misbehaviour?

404 Error - Please Help us
When we checked valuable Top pages, we noticed two types of 404 pages listed in our domain Example 1 : www.test.com/www.test.com/ecommerce.html Example 2 : www.test.com/test/ecommerce.html But we do not see any such 404 page errors in the Google Webmaster tool. Moz Top Pages Section only shows these as errors So please advise, if these are major errors or not? Moz showing +3M new inbound links. But nowhere to find them?
Hi there Moz is showing a +3M backlink rise in the dashboard for one of our domains. The site has always had around 350K backlinks and in Ahrefs and Majestic it still shows this number. But Moz shows a growth of +3M in the last two weeks. Is there a way to see where these backlinks come from in OSE? I can't seem to understand how it is possible to see this somehow. Can it be a mistake of Moz maybe?

Why is moz telling me I have duplicate content, but neither the content nor the urls are duplicates?
I just upgraded our website to a new one. This is the first crawl of the new website. It is telling me I have 24 Critical issues, all of which are duplicate content errors. Thing is, the urls are not duplicates and the content on the page is not duplicated either. Example, here is one error where it says there are two duplicates: <colgroup><col width="595"></colgroup>

Hi everyone, I would like to show up you a majestic mistake of ranking. [No Title] for all Top Pages at Open Site Explorer
49 out of the top 50 pages of the domain www.parallels.com shows [No Title]. I find this to be a major concern. Pages have long been established, title tags haven't changed recently. Am seeing a fair amount of 301 and 404s showing up, but actual OK 200 pages still showing [No Title]. Also seeing some decreases in organic search traffic at Google. Might there be a correlation?

Why does the number of the total external links and the followed linking root domains between Open site explorer and the campaign in Moz pro doesn't match?
Opensiteexplorer returns 52.473 total external links and 715 followed linking root domains while my campaign in Moz analytics return 35.899 total external links and 1092 followed linking root domains. Does anyone knows how this is possible?

CSV Reports Reports comming up blank
I was running some backlink reports in OSE and exporting them on different domains (external only, root domain), the first exported fine, but the last 3 have been blank ( one was a redo incase it was just a one off error).
