I did not know that automatic payments were being made after using the trial version. I just saw money was flowing through my credit card and I urgently canceled my subscription. Request a refund for the amount automatically paid for a fee. The reason is that I didn't use it.

Moz shows an F grade and 0 keywords on a previously high ranking page - Please help
Hi all, Moz is showing an F grade and 0 keywords across all URL, Title, Meta, H1, Meta and IMG ALT. My page has also dropped from 1st page rankings for numerous pages to 2nd and 3rd page. The page I am talking about is: http://year13.com.au/10-highest-paying-jobs-you-can-get-without-a-degree/ The keywords/phrases we were previously ranking very well for are: High paying jobs in Australia High paying jobs Highest paying jobs you can get with no degree Etc Etc I have also seen reduction in rankings on other keywords/ pages as well. Does anyone know why this might have happened? And what might be happening? Thanks in advance!

Please set somethings straight
as a recent majesticSEO subscriber, I feel like i have either been mislead or something isn't right. For some reason I was thinking it was best to have a single link from a single domain, and that by have too many links from a single domain (backlinks) the ratio between referring domains and backlinks was a factor in pagerank. In domain analysis here, it would seem that is not that case as it puts a nice big green check mark by the person with most links, whether they are from 1 domain or multiple domains. Is this a good thing? Here's an easy example. I am a website designer, and I have the ability to link to my website in the footer of every website I design either by image or by text. If I do that, obviously I would have a link from every page on the site, but only from one root domain. Is this a good thing or a bad thing. My work around is to have a link in the footer that looks like this "website design by homecutcreative.com" that links to an internal page that has one link to my site, therefore keeping my referring domain : backlink ratio to a 1 which I was under the assumption was the best possible situation. Can someone at the mozplex please update that antiquated directory listing you offer? Most of them are pay to play, reciprocal, or just plain dont exist anymore. Thanks
outdated site directory found here:http://www.seomoz.org/dp/seo-directory not that directories are amazingly useful anymore, but with all the updates and vitriol thrown there way an update is in order. Its one of those "layup" link building tools but in its current state its less of perk and more of a boon. Thanks
