Solved "Your location could not be saved"
-
I have several locations on MOZ Local. I haven't had any trouble before, but now when I try to update anything (on any location) I get this error "Your location could not be saved" and if I attempt to navigate off the page it reminds me that my changes won't be saved.
???? I don't see anything wrong with any entries.
-
@KerryDuggan It just started working again. No changes on my end. Whatever the problem was seems to have resolved. Thanks.

The message "Your location could not be saved" typically appears when an application or device cannot store or access your geographic location. This can occur due to issues such as permission settings, GPS or location services being turned off, weak GPS signals, technical glitches, network connectivity problems, graphic designer or privacy settings. To resolve the issue, check and adjust your device's location and privacy settings, ensure the app has the necessary permissions, and verify that GPS or location services are enabled and functioning properly. If problems persist, further troubleshooting may be needed.

Here's the logic: It used to work, nothing has changed on my end, and now it doesn't work. Must be on their end. Simple. -

Unsolved Multiple Locations for One Client on Moz Local
Hello, I have a client that I want to do local SEO for. They have two locations, both cities in Tennessee. To do this, would I just start two separate locations in Moz Local? Or would that cause a problem, making them look like separate "entities" in directories?

Unsolved Listing Permanence
Do listings revert to original state after cancelling Moz Local subscription? I know Yext is a feed that needs to be in place for their listings to show, and when you cancel the subscription, the listings all revert to how they were before you started (if you are lucky). I was told that Moz Local was different by a rep of the underlying platform that Moz white labels. Is this true , or still true? Thanks

Multiple Locations + Incomplete "Facebook" Listing
Hi! I am in charge of multiple listings for the same business because they have many offices throughout the US. Upon submitting these different locations on Moz Local, I have now run into an issue where all of the listings are not registering their correct Facebook page. On Facebook I have created separate pages for each location (using their location manager tool), but I am unsure on how to connect this to Moz. I have tried submitting the URL of the Facebook page in the "Advanced" tab in the "edit" area, but this does not seem to solve the problem. Any idea on why this is happening, and if there is an easy fix? Thanks everyone!

If I "close" a duplicate listing on Factual, Acxiom, SuperPages, Bing or Localeze, what exactly happens?
When I click "close" for a duplicate location with wrong information, does it mark that location as PERMANENTLY CLOSED on the website (factual, acxiom, etc), or does it delete it from that website? Additionally, once that location on that site is marked as permanently closed or deleted, does Moz Local then re-add the correct information to that site? Thanks!!!

My listings have shown 'Update in Progress" for over a month now. Any timeframe for how long this process takes?
I would appreciate more information as to how this process works and why my listings seems to be in 'update in progress' limbo. Thank you
