Unsolved How to concat moz.com

Hello,
I wanted to contact moz.com. I started my 30 day trial to test service.
After 2-3 days totally forgot about it. I remembered about moz.com when i received invoice saying they're gonna charge me.
I immediately wrote email to them that I do not want this service. I forgot and only put credit card data because i was required to. And would like a refund since it was 2-3 hours after bill.Unfortunately sending messages via their contact form is not an option. There is no confirmation on my email they received message nor return message from them.

Moz analytics telling me I have duplicate content issues - how to fix this?
Hey guys, Okay I ran into moz analytics - I have I have 199 Issues, priority issues are showing 38 Duplicate page content. Â I began looking into the URL's and from what I have noticed from all the urls are showing me a common theme. The urls are pointing to my blog pages - my blog is using wordpress. What iv noticed is the urls all have "Tag" in it Here are 3 examples that I have found. Â All url's take me to a blank page: Does anyone know what the solution is to fixing this? I read the article for duplicate content covering 301 redirects and Rel=Canonical tags - I'm wondering if this would need to be considered in this case? Looking to pull a report from MOZ with global search volume
I'm in need of a monthly report on campaign keywords with rank AND global search volume (not "just" traffic.) Is this doable from MOZ? More generally, what does monthly SEO reporting to the C-Suite look like for most SEO's? Would be a good "#WhiteboardFriday" topic. We are a mid sized ecommerce retailer.

How often is the data supposed to be updated for our Moz campaigns? Mine have been updated on 07/15/2013 the last time. Isn't it supposed to be updated weekly?

Perplexed - Errors increasing, moz rank dropping, conflicting data from other sources. Please Help.
Hi there, I'm in a bit of a bind and could seriously do with some help. For the past month I've been working with a client to resolve errors onsite. In that period my moz rank has plummeted and my errors (dupe title & content) have increased dramatically. The correlation makes sense, the increase - not so much. Here's why, screaming frog is reporting that the majority of duplicate titles have been removed or dealt with. I've also got the assurance of the developer that the suggested changes are being implemented. Unfortunately, I'm not familiar with the CMS - umbraco - and this is the first time I'm working with this particular developer, so I'm not sure how to gauge progress without using moz tools. So, here are my immediate questions: 1.  Why would I get different results from Screaming Frog and Rogerbot? 2.  Has anyone here been in a similar situation and could they recommend areas to watch for errors     creeping in? 3.  Is there a way of identifying which errors have occurred when? Narrowing it down to the week each error occurred would be good enough. 4. Is anybody aware of any inherent SEO flaws in umbraco or common SEO mistakes made using the CMS? 5.  is there anything I could provide you with to help you help me? 6. Do you have a suggestion? I'm pretty stuck. Thanks in advance.

Moz vs google data conflict?
Hi there, I am doing an SEO site audit for a client(giveaway, Â and here is the problem: when performing site:domain.com on google --> 13,800 pages were found When I see this number it seems to be a bit too much compare to the links i checked on integrity(link check for broken links) which gave me a result of 1291. I digged in more into the Google results and saw hundreds(maybe thousands) of pages that are blocked by robots.txt. So I am thinking, ok this is it, thousands of pages can't be crawled by the search engines. Here is the big BUT though, then I check at my moz crawl (see attachment) and no pages are blocked by the SEs, and then look at the dups, only 23 recorded?? Is Moz not crawling properly the 13,800 results that google finds or is this some magical phenomenon happening here? I am really confused here that is why I need some help here! Thank you guys! Big drop in Moz Domain Authority in the latest mozscape update
hi, Before Moz were forced to roll back the moz scape I saw a drop in all 3 of my campaigns domain authority; 42 > 39

24 > 22 I am employing differing tactics on these campaigns, one of which i would say leans towards the less white (the one in the middle of those stats). The other 2 however are all clean. So, did anyone else see a drop in DA before moz retracted the figures? was there an issue with the latest moz update? Thanks in advance.0 -
GWT data v SEO Moz data
I'm sure there's a simple explanation but I can't find it - Looking through the GWT avg position data v SEOMoz ranking data and Market Samurai data there is a large discrepancy. For one term that we hold #1, and have held for a month or two GWTis showing that the avg position is 180 (and down 30). Any reason you know of why the GWT avg position data would be so out of whack with our SERP's and other data? Thanks.
