OSE - advanced reports.
-
Trying to run advanced reports, but am being told I've hit my daily report limited - and points me to signing up for a Pro membership - although I already have one. Been like this the last couple of days.
Anyone else experiencing this? Thanks.

Hi!
Sorry to hear that you're running into this issue. I just logged into your account and was able to run a test report for www.seomoz.org. I'm also seeing that you have 2 of your 5 advanced reports remaining for the day. Can you tell me if you're still running into problems and if so, answer the following questions for me?
- Were you logged into your SEOmoz account at the time you tried to run these reports?
- Were there specific URL's that you were having difficulty with?
- What OS and Browser is this on?
- Are you having this problem on multiple browers?
- And have you tried clearing your cookies/cache?
I know that's a lot of questions, but they're help us figure out what's going on
Thanks!
Sam

Crawlers reporting upper case letter url versions although these have been 301'd to lower case !?
Hi I have a client e-com site who's dev platform is on a windows server Their product pages have been auto-named after the product title, with the first letter in each word being upper case, which has hence translated to the URL having upper cases instances too. I asked them to set up 301 redirects for all url's that had upper case instances to lower case versions, which they say they have done. However I'm still seeing url's with upper case instances showing up in webmaster tools and moz crawl reports but when I copy & paste them into a browser they do redirect to, & resolve in, the lower case version. Its also upper case versions reported in the Google cache! So how come webmaster tools & Moz etc are reporting the upper case versions, surely if redirected it should be the lower case versions All Best Dan

Local search results reporting
Is there a way I can report on local search results for our keywords by city?

For example could I specify Phoenix or Chicago and then see how we rank as if we did the search in that city?0 -
How to set the crawler or reports to ignore
I have a mobile version of a site with a URL string that disables the mobile view on smartphones (view full site), string is like this example.com/page-name.html?mobile=off I need the seomoz pro reports or crawler to ignore it because the crawler visits both versions of the site then reports them as duplicate content. Is there a setting page I haven't visited yet that will set this?

Non search traffic in a report, user data etc
Are there any plans so we could add more data from Google Analytics to the seomoz reports? At the moment the reports are nice but my clients want to know the bigger picture than just the search traffic. They need to know the total traffic, the bounce rate, pages viewed etc - data in Google Analytics. There are other seo type tools which offer this information when you generate reports and if seomoz were to allow it then it would make life so much easier as I would not need to maintain a subscription here for the cool tools on offer and to offer websites at up to $100 a month just to generate client reports.

Stats from Moz bar and OSE not changed over last three months - new update?
I have noticed for a few of my websites that the SEOMoz stats have not changed over the last three months; PR, MR and even total external links. Is both the tool bar and OSE going through further updates and not yet pulling through accurate results? Any advice on this would be much appreciated.

OSE Social Signals Affect PA/DA?
I've looked through the Open Site Explorer documentation and can't find the answer so am posting here... I noticed a web page I work on showing a PA 30 but OSE is showing 0 links from 0 root domains. It is a page that has no internal links to it and no external links to it (that I know of) but has stumbles, tweets, and Diggs. Are these social factors the reason it has a PA of more than 0 or 1? If so, is there a link to documentation that shows how OSE handles social signals? Thanks, Evan

On Page Report Card... with or w/o local modifiers?
Hey all! So I am curious how you recommend using the "on page report card" (which is really helpful) along with the concept of local modifiers. IE, here is a term I am going after: business forums but really I care about a specific location: business forums | Greensboro NC So the word I hear is typically to do your keyword research & page optimization FOR the primary term, but then tack on your local modifiers after. So which do you run reports on? Probably both is the best answer, eh? Obviously my local sites won't have a shot at ranking nationally/internationally for such a broad term as "business forums", especially with some monster sites out there with some serious clout. This is more of a best practices question. Thanks dudes.
