Unsure on Keyword Difficulty Tool
-
Hi all. I am just using the Keyword Difficulty tool for the first time really, in the Research Tools section.
Just finding my way around and was wondering why when i enter my keywords for analysis and select Google, UK as my search engine parameters i get BING local and global search volume rather than Google?
Many thanks in advance, any help is appreciated

Hi Kieran!
That's a great question! The issue is that Google's API no longer provides us that sort of traffic data, so we simply don't have it to show. We substitute Bing's data in order to give you something to work with.
When you have Google selected as your search engine, though, you will see accurate Google rankings. It's just the search volume that's missing.
There's a bit more information in this thread.
I hope that helps!
Matt

On-Page Grader giving wrong results for missing keyword in image Alt Attribute
I'm trying to optimize for the Keyword "River City Apartments" on this page: https://3fconstruction.net/case-studies/river-city-apartments-chicago-condo-deconversion-renovation/ When I use On-Page Grader to see how I'm doing it's telling me I'm missing the Keyword in the Image Alt Attribute. However, it's clearly in there. <strong>River City Apartments Aerial</strong> What am I missing?

Negative difficulty and priority scores in keyword report
Hello! We have recently tracked a number of keywords into Moz's Keyword Explorer, but for a number of them the difficulty and priority scores are all -2. We don't rank currently for these so does anybody know what is causing the difficulty to be in negative figures? Thanks!

Need a Reliable Free Bulk Keyword Rank Checker
I have 2,871 keywords that I need to check Google rank for on 4 separate domains. Does anyone know of any FREE tools or plugins available that will allow for this volume that wont get my IP banned by Google? Even the Moz Rank Checker only allows to enter 1 keyword at a time for up to 200 per day. Who would seriously enter in 200 keywords, one by one all day, every day?

Did the Crawl Test tool go away or was it replaced
I loved that tool as it provided me with all of my URLs and it was easy to catch all errors at once. I had it booked marked but now I am just going to the regular tools page.

On the Keyword Difficulty tool what do the green boxes and ticks mean?
Hi, I'm trying to figure out what the significance of the colors are in the Keyword Difficulty tool. When I do a search some of the boxes are light green, some dark green and some of them have ticks - any ideas? Thanks, Matt

Clarify "broad keyword usage in page title"
Hello Page grader has two different grades for page title that I want clarification on. There is "Broad Keyword Usage in Page Title" and "Exact Keyword Usage in Page Title". Googling around about and searching here I have found that "broad" seems to mean the keywords should be used throughout the page, rather than just in the title and header. Which makes sense as this is a kind of check to ensure the page IS about the keywords and not something unrelated. But what is meant by "broad" usage in the page title? This refers specifically to the page title and not the whole document. My best guess got me to this, given the keyword "Visit London Today"; "Come and visit London today" - exact match only "London - visit today" - broad match only "Visit London the city of dreams | visit London today" - matches both That could be complete nonsense, but basically is broad usage the use of keywords scattered in the page title? Thanks.
